Ginger Ale’s Effingham — Restaurant in Effingham

I really like the service here and I appreciate everything that you guys do. But, the last 3 times I have ordered the cookies and cream mini donuts and everytime I would get cinnamon instead. Today I went and ordered the cookies and cream donuts again hoping that they would give me the cookies and cream donuts but before I left, I told them that I had ordered the cookies and cream and that these are the cinnamon donuts... So I asked for the cookies and cream and they said they would make them. I go to pull off and they were in fact not cookies and cream, they were cinnamon. So I got 2 bags of cinnamon donuts, instead of the cookies and cream donuts. If you guys advertise that you gave cookies and cream donuts then why aren't you following up to the standard? Am I just dumb and you guys just sell cinnamon?? Or is there a certain way you make the donuts to make them the flavor that they're supposed to be? Don't get me wrong the cinnamon donuts are good, but if I ask for cookies and cream donuts and get cinnamon then it just makes me think you guys just don't sell that flavor. Like why did I get 2 of the same thing when I asked for something complete...

Ginger Ale’s is a very popular place for drinks in Effingham. They have SO many flavors to add to any drink you get, including Sugar Free flavors! They also have perfect little snacks to snack on with your favorite drink (my favorite are pretzel bites, mini donuts, pulled pork sandwiches, muffins, and sausage pretzel minis)! Bad experience. Dont come here for food. I've been looking for a reason to try ginger ales and finally Went there and there's not that many options to begin with. Lady sounded very sad or upset over the intercom and at the window. Missed my hand and dropped my change on the ground. The sandwiches were laughable. Paid almost $5 a piece for itty bitty cold sandwiches. The breading was the only good part. Everything else was ice cold. Their biscuits and gravy was a laughable portion size as well.
