Recently moved from another state and needed a loveseat that pulls out to a bed being that I knew I would need something for when my grandkids visit. When I visited the store everyone was amazing! They actually took the time to come up with the perfect solution for the small space I was working with and they were able to order and get it delivered in like a week. The loveseat had a manufacture defect that didn't affect the function of the loveseat and since it was on the lower corner near the back it wasn't an eye sore but being it was new they understood my concerns. The delivery crew acted urgently and reached out to the office to let them know, they had 3 options for me to choose from and let me know the office would contact me within the next day or so. The people at this place are awesome, understanding, and helpful. I actually have a young son who wanted a very low bed, so the monsters couldn't get underneath. It took the folks at the store a couple of weeks to get the particular one we were asking for, but it was worth the wait. The guys that came to drop off the bed were nice and installed it . My kiddo gave them the thumbs up and was pleased at what they had done for him. In turn, it makes me very happy, too.
