Spectacular, professional, organized, on time, excellent communication, educational, step by step use of equipment and features, and extremely friendly. This is what you can expect when you call Eli to come and set you up with a home entertainment system, Surround sound, indoor ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers, and security cameras.

I reached out to Eli based off of reviews & he did not disappoint. I reviewed all the companies here in El Paso & Eli had the best reviews. Eli came to my house (ON TIME) he did a thorough walk through & basically asked me what I wanted to achieve. I told him I wanted outdoor cameras, a home theater system, & indoor/outdoor speakers. I wanted a system that has the wow effect.

That same day Eli came up with the best possible plan & said he’d be in touch shortly. Well lo & behold he had a whole system designed the very next day. But it wasn’t just a list & a price, it was a detailed set up of all the components, their placement, a time line, with all the details I was looking for, along with the white glove service of professionalism.

I was doing repairs on my home & Eli was flexible, he kept in constant touch with me, & always reminded me to let him know when he could go in. The day came when I was able to get him in there & yes he completed the wiring in 1 day, yes he’s fast!. Since I was still doing other repairs he had to hold off so I could catch up. But once I was done he came in & installed the cameras also in 1 day. He had to hold off again because of me & my project but again when the time came he installed my audio system in 1 day, wow! I’d also like to mention that in the beginning I wanted some additional equipment & cameras & he got me exactly what I wanted.

After the installation was complete Eli walked me through a step by step process of my system, how it worked, & what it could do. I’m not easily impressed but I with Eli I got the wow factor! And when I say he’s on time, I mean, he is on time! It might not sound like much, but in today’s world, so many contractors are late, or don’t show up at all. I never had that problem with Eli. Moreover, he was patient with me because of the work I was doing to my house. Basically Eli was waiting on me because of my project. Elis is very patient & he made sure my project was complete before he went in & gave my system his personal touch.

I just love when there are true professionals out there who take pride in what they do. What’s awesome is you can definitely see that Eli loves what he does, & he takes pride in his work. He also lets you know what’s best for your houme as well as different options in equipment & components. I would just say that throughout the experience, you feel special & you receive personalized care, & information that most contractors don't provide. Not to mention he’s a great guy, great to talk with, and he’s very informative.

All of the reviews I read were true & Eli did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Eli & his services for your home audio, wiring, and camera needs. The home theater & audio system inside my house sounds amazing, the speakers inside the kitchen & dining area sound amazing, the speakers outside sound amazing, & the cameras are also amazing & work great! He will not disappoint, & he also warrantees his equipment & installation. Edit #2: Now you're resorting to lying? I never deleted a review I have no idea what you are talking about. If I had reviewed previously I would've simply edited my review like I did with this one. Also FYI, even if someone is initially satisfied with a roof install and two years later it collapses are they not justified in complaining? I never asked if you could "help me out" I simply came to you with the quote we already received from another company cause I wanted to compare prices and saw you had good reviews. Where did I contradict myself? Again you state the wiring was the problem but I already disproven that point since changing to a different brand of wired cameras work perfectly fine. It seems you just brushed it off as a wiring issue instead of actually looking into it. So good job Eli due to your hostility and lies you've earned a one star review. The way you treat your customers when they have any kind of criticism is abhorrent.

Edit: Eli sir. You really need to learn to take criticism better. As you can see I have given you credit for having good prices. You state the wiring was the problem with the cameras but we've replaced only the cameras and the new cameras work perfectly fine. But as I stated the app was also a big issue so I'm just suggesting perhaps in the future you go with a better company and vet the software as well. You suggest cause you gave me a discount I should leave a good review. That not very honest and would mean the reviews cannot be trusted. That doesn't seem to be a good business practice to be essentially buying your reviews.

PROS: The speakers we had purchased and installed work well and we have no complaints about them. Eli also has very fair pricing and he will work hard to get the work done and has good communication.

CONS: We had bought and installed some speakers, tvs and security cameras in our home through Eli. We purchased some A/V receivers as well. While Eli will do the work promised some of his equipment seems to be more on the low end side. He also doesn't seem too knowledgeable on A/V in general. The cameras he sold us had nonstop issues with the app. The cameras also starting failing one by one after about a year. One of the TVs we wished to get mounted was a Samsung Frame TV which comes with its own mount that will have the TV very flat & close with the wall. Eli refused to use the mount that came with the TV and insisted we buy one of his which would have the TV come out from the wall which totally defeats the appeal of the Frame TV. He also stated he was concerned with the mounting points because he could only find one stud to put it on. Even with one stud with a top and bottom screw it would still be secure. We were able to install it ourselves and secure it with all four mounting points anyways. Also discovered he hooked up some of our speakers backwards (front plugged into back back plugged into front). The receiver that we have connected via Bluetooth will lose connection (however I'm not sure if that's due to the receiver or the distance from...

Shady and underhanded

Eli’s business practices are shady and underhanded and He loves to hear himself talk. We lived here for years and we knew exactly what we wanted and of course “he could do it”. There was ALWAYS a reason he was late. Someone was sick, someone broke their arm, I’m working on another project, got a flat tire etc, etc. We understand that things can happen But it was every time he was supposed to come. There were even appointments he made with us and he didn’t show. During two of his visits he put his tools, speakers and other equipment on our leather sofa. What’s worst is he switched up the equipment we contracted with him. We contracted a bluetooth receiver, he brought a receiver from 1990-whatever and plugged in an antenna and claimed it was a $600 receiver. We paid for a second receiver and he brought and sound bar instead of the receiver!! Really??? We found that same receiver online for $150. I couldn’t believe what he was doing. If we hadn’t already given him half our money we would have cancelled the project. We had already given him way more money than any of the equipment was worth. We told him we want what was in our contract, what we agreed to. It became so bad I had to sit him down and call him out on what he was doing. We had to rewrite another contract, we weren’t about to accept what he was doing. On yet another day he was late and working on the sound system rather than just asking for his returns, he snuck around our home to find the returns and took them out behind my back. What “professional” does that? !!! I went in my garage later that day and realized the equipment was gone. We went back and looked at our cameras and sure enough he walked out with the boxes. When I called him out on it he literally lied to my face and said “you didn’t give it to me?” SERIOUSLY? I couldn’t even believe it. He didn’t even finish the job himself, he hired someone else to do it for him but he came to pick up the remaining balance of his money. He didn’t even check behind his worker to make sure everything was good. We paid him and slammed the door on his way out. I’m just thankful we are done with him. There are still patches in our walls but we’d rather fix them ourselves than let him back in here. I’m sick that we gave him a dime of our hard earned money. If I knew then what I know now I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET ELI INTO MY HOME. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else, if you do decide to hire him....BEWARE

Say what you will but we know the truth. Eli just acknowledge what you did, accept responsibility for how you handled this transaction. Try to reflect on why I’m sharing this...
