New China — Restaurant in El Paso

I went to go get food at this place , first off it was empty and the lady is super rude to begin with . My daughters got pork noodles I got hunan chicken xtra spicy to go. Hunan chicken was not spicy at all no flavor . And my daughter noodles tasted like soap . I checked their food and pork was raw . Called restaurant and informed them , lady got mad and started arguing not until I told them if my daughters got sick it was on them that she told my to go . Got there and lady argued more with me, she gave me my money back only for noodles 10 bucks with change. I spend 29 for the nasty food . And she still tells me she was not selling to me anymore lol . I got it on video but will not let me post here . I told her I will NOT go back for her nasty food . Do not go here , food is nasty no taste .. go to Sam’s instead up...

We've never had a problem. We've ordered from New China for several years (16+) and have always gotten delicious, clean, Chinese food. The owners and staff are Chinese. Although they're not chatty, they've never been rude. Right now there is no dine in. When there was it was always small but extremely clean. Bathroom in working order and clean. I've never known this place to have delivery. Right now it's take out only. They have a large menu and are usually ready in 15 min. Super convenient when you want a Chinese dinner in a flash. Their prices are like most places. Average. The servings are big. My kids are eaters so we generally spend about 60 bucks like you would a burger joint for a family of 5. I have ordered consistently from this store with rarely any issues, however was just treated very rudely by the cashier when calling while asking about a price. The menu shown on the Google maps states one price, but they charge a different price. The website linked to their store also shows another different price. The woman claims that they don't have any menus online, only paper, but when asking in regards to a picture of her menu she became very hostile and rude and hung up on me while trying to find the issue. Will never be ordering from here again.
