Perdido Beach — Attraction in Elberta

Beautiful and much less crowded compared to Navarre or Pensacola. Sand is kindof grittier than im used to and tears up ur feet. Water is super clear, though. Even saw a group of stingrays swimming in formation a few yards away from me. Waves arent super big. Crowd seems mostly younger, alot of drinking. which means, unfortunately, the beach itself wasn't super clean. Only other complaint, not sure why, but when i was there, there were small jellyfish everywhere. About every 4 yards...

The beach is gorgeous.... Though parking was quite the hassle. Definitely needs to be more adequate parking and informative signage.

On another note.... Don't leave your wallet unattended at the beach. Mine (single mother, might I add) was stolen over memorial day weekend (2021) and we (myself and my toddlers) were only a few feet away from our blanket and...
