We did not have a good experience here. Perhaps if you are already local, this works; however, it was not a pleasant experience for us and I felt they were very unorganized. We went with this business because of the good reviews and because of their location being close to our home. The entire process felt like a "fly by the seat of our pants" operation. In the end, we were supposed to have a credit for a broken nightstand that was returned. She wouldn't give us a refund on the purchase. We weren't allowed to return ANYTHING we purchased. She counted everything as a custom order (even though I found a tag under a cushion that showed one of our seats had already been sold and returned once). We went in later to use the nightstand credit but nothing was on file and they didn't even have our name in the system. I was told the owner wasn't there to speak to because she was out of town. It's not even worth it to me to argue about it so we wrote it off as just another loss on the entire order. I have zero desire to see or speak with these people ever again.
We are in the process of building another home and are having to order furniture for an entire house (local)...needless to say, we will not be ordering from Gigi again. My advice, continue looking around. There are a ton of beach friendly shops in the area and even across the Alabama border with many of the same options. Unlike Yelp, I know that leaving a Google review will give the owner an opportunity to respond but not give me the opportunity to reply to her response (a former small business owner myself). Knowing how difficult it is to run a small business is what kept me from leaving a review for so long; however, I've never felt this way about any business and feel others should know it's not always a 4.4...

I stopped in Decor because a friend recommended It to me some time ago. I decided to stop and just out of curiosity. After speaking with one of the sales people and the owner about nothing in particular I casually mentioned I was moving and was in need of boxes. The owner grabbed one of the delivery guys and ask him to help me find some. He told me he had some in his truck and had plenty at their warehouse. They even offered to go pick up all of their empty boxes and deliver them to my house completely free of charge and no obligation of any kind from myself. In May, the so called leather began peeling off one section. The pieces are not leather as we were told, more like vinyl with a paper backing. Gigi was contacted several times through many months about the issues. We provided pictures of the damage area. Still nothing. After several months, I emailed pallister furniture company. With in two days, I heard from them. They would sending someone to evalue the sofa. They would personally have someone from their company communicate with Gigi since emails have not been answered.
