I just want to start off by saying that everyone in the work place is very nice, however Manny the artist that did my tattoo wasn’t as nice , I went in for a consultation to explain what I wanted & even showed him a picture of what I wanted done, after I spoke to Manny he walked outside to talk to somebody else making me feel like I wasn’t important enough. All he said before walking away was “it will be around 4 hours , and it will be $150 an hour” & I was definitely fine with that. So I scheduled my appointment and paid my deposit. When I walked in for my appointment the nice lady in the front desk told me to fill out some papers and then it was show time , unfortunately even when I was done with filling out the paper work Manny came to me and showed me something completely different on what I wanted!! I was definitely not satisfied to...

All the way from booking to getting the real thing was such a pleasant experience. I’ve always wanted to get my first tattoo but most shops intimidated me. Sarah’s whole personality was amazing to work with. She was patient and answered all my questions that I had and even made sure that my first tattoo was perfect for me sizing and all. I’m so happy I finally found the shop that suits me! I will 100% be coming back for whatever my next tattoo might be. When Sarah told me she was going to be able to custom my tattoo to match my dogs ears I was absolutely ecstatic with joy.
