WORST insurance company I’ve ever dealt with! Very unprofessional the way they do things around there, specially Chantal!!!!! she is a huge LIAR. At first she told me my vehicle was covered but then she told me it was not! When they tried fixing my vehicle they failed horribly! They never pick up their phones, I believe cause they saved my caller ID, I’ve been fighting with them for about 3 months now & my car still hasn’t gotten fixed. I also asked for a letter from her explainin why claim got denied, but decided to just ignore me. If they ever send you to Elgin collision center, DONT do it! I don’t recommend that body shop at all. When I read a previous review from someone 3 years ago I could not believe it. Chantal had been helpful until I got into a car accident. Insurance was hard to deal with. Chantal and her helpers were no help. Once I called Chantal and she told me to call the office. Called the office only the be hung up on. And they refuse to help me with the car getting fixed. Like previous reviewer they would answer only to hang up. never answer my calls, Because they know my phone number. I like supporting small businesses and never had a problem with this agency until I had a car accident. I had chantal as an agent for 2 years. I signed a document in May to cancel my policy due to caring for a family member and no longer needing my personal workspace. It's August, she has taken my funds every month and refuses to return my payments that she withdrew after i cancelled policy. She is demanding a new policy that I do not have because I no longer need one. She was requesting a wet signature to be emailed to a Gmail address. A wet signature is no longer a wet signature once it is emailed. She was very rude when I requested to cancel my policy and I have been going back and forth with her from May of 2024 to date.
