This is conveniently close and walkable location for fresh fruit and veggies right near my home. They've got great seasonally fresh produce that lasts for quite some time! (refrigerated produce we get from here goes on for almost 2 weeks before starting to turn! it's good quality stuff!) It can be a little crowded on weekends or afternoons, but if you time it right your shopping trip is really quick. I LOVE that I can get so much produce on a budget (I have filled an entire cart of fresh veggies and fruit for just $70 before! AMAZING!) Their sales make it easy to stock up on certain fruits and veggies, too. (I like to buy fresh berries when they're in season and freeze them for later months!) Sometimes the melting ice out back from a seafood delivery can make it smell a little weird, but their seafood and meat looks really, really fresh (I only come here for the produce and dry goods) Decent selection of shelf stable foods and things like tea or condiments at reasonable prices. IT's a staple in my budget-friendly shopping and I'm glad to have it nearby. Don't know why I wasn't using it the whole 5 years I've lived here, but I'm glad I've been using it the last 3.5!!!
