I went in to just explore and see what they had, not thinking about the time or what time they closed, considering it was 5:45 in the afternoon. When I walked in, an employee behind the register gave me the worst look and kept staring at me until I was out of her view. I was confused and shook it off, laughed about the awkwardness of the situation, and kept looking. 5 minutes later, someone said over the intercom that the store was closed and we needed to go to the front. I went to the front and apologized for not knowing the time of the store closing and the same lady who had stared me down when I first walked in said, “Yes you did, she (points at some girl I hadn’t even seen) told you as soon as you walked in” I again, apologized for not hearing the girl, and left. First, fix your clocks because I think they’re a little slow having been told to leave a store at 5:50. Secondly, never accuse a customer, or what would’ve been a paying customer had I not sensed a hateful vibe from the moment I walked in, of being wrong. I wish I would’ve gotten a name, but when I walked out I was extremely confused as to why I just got yelled at by an employee. With all of that said, I won’t be back. Hopefully whoever that employee is, has a better day tomorrow for the next set of customers...

The women who work there are incredibly rude! My husband was in today and witnessed these ladies deny entrance to the building to this old couple without a mask. They tried explaining that due to health reasons they couldn’t wear one. The woman explained that without a mask they wouldn’t be allowed to enter. To which the couple agreed and was about to leave. Before the couple was completely out of the building these women had the nerve to mock this older couple. The gentleman heard them and informed the women that they will never shop there again. I am outraged at the rudeness and lack of customer service that was shown to this couple. My husband and I will never step foot into this business ever again due to this. The way they treated this couple is completely unacceptable in any way shape or form. Shame on them and shame on this business for allowing this type...
