I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I reached out via email, I had immediate assistance from our salesperson, Trent. Trent walked us through every detail and gave us several options. Once contract was squared away, I was put in touch with their accounting guru, Nancy. Nancy was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely thorough! On the day of the event, the field crew arrived with all of the items. Unfortunately, the weather was not in our favor. Edgar and his crew were quick with solutions and options to help make our event a success. We had over 200 guests for our company event, including over 50 children under the age of 12. Edgar's team was able to pinpoint a location in our shop that would be perfect for their setup of most of our attractions. Our shop could not fit everything, so Edgar's team offered to return one of the large bounce houses and bring back some fun arcade games. It was a great, last minute audible that helped provide a really great atmosphere during a below average weather day. Record-A-Hit also coordinated a walkaround magician to help keep our guests entertained. He was also outstanding! We had an amazing experience with the roller rink setup for our Colorful World of Purimagination event! They transformed our space into a 2,400 sq. ft. roller rink, complete with 100 skates, full music and lighting, and plenty of benches for guests to take a break. The team laid down a special skating surface with a protective tarp underneath, ensuring our floors stayed pristine.

The atmosphere was electric—we blacked out the skylights and windows, and their vibrant lighting made everything glow! The music was clean, fun, and family-friendly, perfect for our crowd. A huge highlight was that some of the skates had lights on them, so as people skated, their feet lit up, adding even more fun and excitement!

Waivers were handled smoothly through a QR code system, and we also had our own backup waivers just in case. Despite having lots of kids, we never ran out of skates, which was a huge plus!

Setup took about 2.5 hours, and takedown was done in about 2 hours. While they ran slightly behind in getting everything finished, the team was professional, efficient, and well-prepared.

The Village of Waunakee's July 4th festival, WaunaBoom, has worked with Record-A-Hit since 2024. They helped make our 2025 celebration our biggest event yet.

Their 22-Foot Slide, Obstacle Course, and especially the Eurobungy Trampoline were huge hits with our guests. The Eurobungy had some of the longest lines in the park and drew a crowd all day with the incredible stunts people were trying—definitely one of the highlights of our family activities area.

From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Ethan was not only professional and efficient as Crew Chief but also genuinely kind and attentive to everyone he interacted with. Bryan, Angel, Michael, Sean, and Rafael were all friendly, proactive, and great with kids and families.

Dave is always a pleasure to work with—thorough, responsive, and committed to making every detail run smoothly. You can tell he takes great pride in how his crew represents Record-A-Hit.
