Panda Express — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

(Based off online order via UberEATS) I wish I took that name of the one who helped me enjoy my cheat day .....

Mind you, I was staring at the menu for 2 hours, ON A CHEAT DAY.... but I just couldn't find the heart to cheat... I've been doing so well and I called....

She was the nicest and made me feel less ridiculous, for my little requests.... Here is a picture of me savouring every bite, with just the right amount of lo mien. I couldn't have been happier. (strictly keto... And I just ... I'm great on it. But I wanna CHEAT!!!!!)

I really, deep down appreciate for the going beyond my expectations. As I am usually.... Sadly . Looking at my food, and sad but I ate the whole thing this time. She knew exactly what I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much, for real! I haven't enjoyed a cheat meal, since, I dipped a toe only this time!!!!

Food was SUPER FRESH, portions were strong! And I am so happy with my experience, and myself.

(I ordered the bowl, with super greens.... And kung Pao chicken.... With a right amount of lo mien and I am sooooooo...... Happy. I can't stop smiling. )

Great place! If you want to waste the majority of your lunch hour standing in line. Couldn’t even get food. You’d think when the line goes out the door they would pick up the pace on serving food but instead they goof about and relax. I’ve eaten here before my most recent experience and they had burned most of my food to the point where I refused to eat it. I was disappointed by this establishment and feel it deserves 1 star for being understaffed with bad cooks. Yes it is not the fault of the employees that they are understaffed I’m just saying when you are in a business park such as Elk Grove Village you should have more than two people running the counter for this place to deserve anymore...

Paid for the 12pc. rangoon entrée and they only gave me the 3pc. side. They never followed up with me on correcting it and refused to issue a refund. UPDATE: Decided to give them another shot. I asked for chopsticks, they didn't give me any. I asked for soy sauce, sweet & sour sauce and teriyaki sauce for my bigger plate and Rangoon side. They only gave me 2 sweet & sour sauces.

This is, by far, the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. It's like a Chinese scam. They need to fire whoever the dummy is fulfilling orders. They even stopped putting the store number on receipts (I'm guessing so that the surveys listed on the backs of receipts can't be done). AVOID...
