My experience here was terrible and i will never return i went here on 10-8-23 for dinner prices around 4pm and had a bill of 58.26. When we were seated and went to eat , some of the items were cold , room temp , and the orange chicken was very hard close to non edible. But nun the less it is a very busy buffet so we didn't mind it at first when we went to get a second plate the options are very small but yet again some items like spring rolls , rice were cold so we decided to just grab dessert and well be on our way. When we grabbed dessert the cake was still frozen but the rest of the options for cookies and jello and fruits were okay. While eating the dessert the waitress brought our bill and told us to pay 3 times while we had food in our mouths on the table still openly eating so we proceeded to pay she then stood there waiting for a tip which we didn't put yet because we were not done and she came back by 3 more times so we got up and left as we felt uncomfortable from there. Within 20 minutes of leaving the establishment my finacee started throwing up uncontrollably in the car outside the car everywhere to the point im driving him to the hospital as im driving i call to speak with a manager and I very kindly explain the situation and she proceeded to tell me that she has many customers here not one complaint so she doesn’t understand how I’m complaining when I simply asked what could be done about it if the paperwork does come back food poisoning she told me that I am not a doctor and she is not a doctor so she’s not sure why I’m telling her this information , and that they have health guidelines that they follow and she knows that the food wasn’t cold or anything wrong with it when when I proceeded to explain she then told me maybe it was something he ate earlier in the day and once again I kindly explain to her that this was the first place we had been to all day to eat we haven’t even drink water before we went in there so then she proceeds to tell me or maybe it’s an allergy to something mixed in with the foods and I explained that he has no allergies and no health issues and she told me that I can’t tell her that he is sick because I am not a doctor that it is not from them when she tried to explain The OSHA health guidelines I explain to her that I do understand them as my self has been a manager in the restaurant business the past four years for buffalo wild wings and I am serve safe certified through OSHA she proceeded to still tell me that I basically was lying and that there’s nothing that she can do to accommodate me for my bill and told me that she is not a doctor to not tell her then she proceeded to hang up the phone on me and I have not gotten no response to anything as the paperwork did come back with food poisoning and I spent six hours in a hospital room I will sadly not be returning to this place as it was once a childhood favorite and I don’t know what changed and now if it’s the chefs or the staff it was a very bad...

Major props to the man in the front desk doing checkin because he was the only one being loud enough and trying to control the influx of people. They definitely need some upgrading though such as a simple mic and speaker to call up the phone numbers or to expand their waiting area as I had people walking over my feet and purposely bumping into me. I can see how this can result in physical altercations as it aggravated me since I have an ankle injury and will not allow people to hurt me. The man sat us down at our table when our number was called and my partner and I put our jackets down and went to serve ourselves. We served ourselves two plates each and made our way back to our table. We did not have ANYBODY ask us for our drink selection for over 15 minutes even though we saw our waitress chatting it up with multiple tables and brining them whole pitchers of drinks. We had to stop the front desk girl to ask if someone could bring us drinks which she so nicely did but that was until I was completely done with one plate and half of another. Our waitress did not come to our table besides two times throughout the night one to clean our plates and another time to refill my soda after I had placed my empty cup towards the edge of the table for over 10 minutes and seeing her walk by ignoring me I got visibly upset and had my head resting on my face. After bringing our drinks I expected to see her around more since it was nearing 8:30 pm and clientele was slowing down. Boy was I wrong, she disappeared for the next 10+ mins. I’ve read the reviews about them getting upset if you go up and pay at the front desk but this is exactly why people do it. She finally brought over our tab after we had to wave her down. We felt the service was very unsatisfactory so we did not tip. For the first time all night we saw the server with the short pixie haircut practically run over to our table as we got up to leave. She counted the money and proceeded to follow me and yell “excuse me” as I walked out. She came up to me and counts the money again shows me the receipt and asks if “no tip”. I gladly told her NO and walked out.
I have never worked so much for someone to serve me to the point of having to run them down or not getting service at all. Maybe next time you could work harder to earn...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I went here for dinner the other night. She has been here before, this was my first time at Hibachi. We walked in, I can see that it's a buffet style service. My girlfriend ddnt intent to eat but wanted to take food a to go. She loaded a to go container for herself and I walked over to the buffet and grabbed a plate. I loaded my plate and sat down to eat. My girlfriend joined me with her to go container in hand. She asked me if she can taste the polish sausage that i had on my plate because she was going to see if she liked it to take sone to go. I cut a very small piece ans she tried the sausage. A man comes to the table and start berating me about giving someone food that didn't pay and told me that we are being watched by camera. It's very strange to find out that you are being watched as you dine. The man was very rude as he told me that he would be more verbal next time to make sure that everyone else in the resturant heard him. I had no reply to this very ignorant person. I finished my plate without getting anymore food from the all you can eat buffet. As I got up to leave, I was approached by another man who told me that I have to pay. I replied to him, of course I'm going to pay, I'm headed to the cashier, what's the problem. A female employee approaches me and starts yelling at me speaking Asian. At the very least, this was a very strange situation as to why I was treated like this, being a customer.
