There's the lengthy waiver you must sign, But I get why, lots of ppl and limited staff, so you must be with your children at all times to protect them from getting crushed by a big kid or adult who is jumping next to them, and if something does happen the business is not responsible. Pricey, I paid fpr 2 adults, 2 children $154, Get passed that and ppl are so messy the floor was wet from either spilled dri ks or ice so I had to ninja creep over puddles in the cafeteria sonI didn't get my socks wet, half the lockers were broken bc ppl couldn't remember their passwords or maybe thieves? The trampolines this is the pro of the place bc the kids had a great time especially jumping into the pits below that are air cushioned. With a wristband color code system for time they constantly rotate groups out every hour or 2 to allow more ppl in to jump and clear out a fire hazard. With that much sweat and kidspicking their noses, it's probably like the old ball pit at McDonald's they had to take out bc of kids pooping in them, just germ city everywhere...so please don't take sick kids and have them shower right after. Bathrooms very small for the large amount of ppl there at one time Cafeteria,/slash locker room , expensive drinks as though you were at Disneyland bc they can price gouge when you a Just paid so much to get in and can't leave and get dri ks and come back so they got some more money on the way out. Lined can be short and still take longer than expected for some reason. Message chairs, for 5 bucks these chairs give you a long extensive hard massage that really beats out any stiffness you may have had in your back, the weird thing is it has another thing that comes up through the seat your tush is on and it pushed up in your bitthole qoth vibration and a spinning ball on the end, not far up there but it's pressing it up a bit and it goes up and down for a little bit then goes away for 5 minutes and keeps coming back...that's weird, never seen a person massage in that way...and it's a good thing you're wearing clothes for this massage bc every person that has paid has had that seat pushed up their rear.. Staff, I have to say Staff were excellent, they were mindful, helpful, and courteous. This place only loses stars bc of Price , the Cafeteria, and the small bathrooms, oh and that weird massage chair that touched me inappropriately and I had to keep a straight face amd act like this isn't happening , just sitting in a chair, waiting for the mechanical thumb to go back down.

Great place for children and families. Long hours on the weekends allow you to stop by anytime that works best for you. Their food shack is decent, not many choices but their chicken strips and nachos are very tasty for a trampoline park. There is also arcade games, massage chairs, and a Photo Booth. Check out their Dip N Dots vending machine, for some cool down time. There are only 7 attractions at this location, so it is on the smaller side compared to other Sky Zone facilities. This place was bought out and used to be called Rockin’ Jump. They do offer rock climbing as the main attraction of this location. Your child needs to weight 30 pounds or more to participate in rock climbing and there is no additional charge. They do require that you have jumping socks from Sky Zone to participate on the trampolines. If you do not have socks, they cost $6 each. You can also book a birthday party here, and will have a party host. There are courtesy lockers to store your belongings and TVs in the table areas where you eat. Their restrooms need the most TLC. They are dark, dingy, and scary really. The staff is generally kind, most of them are young teenagers who look bored and are just trying to get through their shifts. Overall, a good option of family fun if you are needing something quick to do for your children.

Long story ahead. It's been a while since my kids have been here. We first visited when they opened as Rockin Jump. The place is outdated with rock wall being out of service all 3 times since our recent visits. Today, there was a note saying that there will be a new attraction replacing it. The bathrooms could use a remodel, one stall was out of order in the women's.

We initially tried to book the Elite memberships and glow party online, so an application was started on February 11th. We were sent a QR code to pay in person because the payment system wasn't functioning online or via their app. We visited on February 20th to get everything purchased. The manager looked up our phone number and asked to scan that QR code for the first membership so we can pay. The second membership was purchased on a second transaction and then a third transaction to pay the deposit to book the glow party. We were only given a receipt for the purchase of the second membership.

On February 28th, we arrived to check in 30 mins head of the glow party and there was no one at the party check in table. We waited in line to check in at the register and our party wasn't showing on their schedule. The manager, Brian, came to help us. He asked if we paid the deposit and asked when we booked it because he couldn't locate any party booking on our account. I had to show him my bank account that funds were taken out for the party since we weren't given a receipt. After he verified the payment and date on my bank account, he was able to locate our glow party booking. He apologized and had a party host start setting up for our party as guests started to arrive and check in. We were assigned party room 1. What we received was admission for 10 to jump, 2 peppeori pizza, socks per guest, 2 pitchers of sodas, a pitcher of ice water, and plates. There was no birthday shirt or anything else that was described on their website. Our party host was also tending to 2 other parties at the same time, so we rarely saw her. She checked on us twice and made sure we had all our food, drinks, and plates. 10 mins before closing, she came by to let me know I had to clear out the room and brought me the remainder of the bill to settle. I noticed there wasn't a membership discount and she let me know that I can remind them at the register and it will be adjusted. There was also a suggest added tip of 15%, 20%, or 25% towards the bottom of the bill. During the party, I noticed there was only a handful of staff working. One staff member was walking in circles trying to monitor 3 areas at the same time and he looked stressed. There were lots of kids this day and I felt they should have more staff, especially having 3 parties. While I was in the party room chatting with some guests, a ball made it over the netting and bounced right next to me. It was a close call. Luckily, no one was hurt from that. Overall, I wouldn't have a party again. Cost is not reflecting the service described, especially being understaffed. They need to take guest and staff safety seriously.

On March 11th, we were automatically charged for one of the membership renewals. There is a 72-hour cancel policy before the automatic renewal. Cancelation must be in person or email only. We went in today, March 13th to find out what happened and to cancel the memberships. Manager Brian helped us today and explained that it automatically charged us because we started the application on the 11th so for that membership, the billing cycle was the 11th and the second one was the 20th. We explained that we came in and paid for both on February 20th which he was able to verify on his end. He apologized for their broken website and refunded us for the auto renewal. He also went ahead and canceled both memberships without issue. He did let us know that he made notes on our account in regards to the membership purchase date and membership still good for another week.

Owner needs to fix website, app, party reservation system, and add more staff...

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!! They are horrible!!!!! They overbook the parties like crazy. You are herded in and out like sheep on a clock. The party before mine that was scheduled went 15 minutes over their time cramming into my time and Rockin Jump staff did not give me the 45 minutes in the party room that I paid for. I had only 30 minutes and would have to pay for a time extension if I wanted the full 45 minutes since the party before me went overtime. How is that my fault? The staff didn’t care, they just care about their own agenda and keeping the parties coming. I told that as a part of the party package I would have a party host (it even lists it’s included on their website). I did not have one. All she did was check-in my guests and bring the pizza and drinks. That’s it. She did not help with anything else. There is not enough staff, not enough room, and not enough time. There are ZERO accommodations for adult/elderly attendees. I even witnessed an elderly lady FALL while I was there and the STAFF DID NOT CARE OR NOTICE UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING TO THEM AND EVEN THEN THEY STILL DID NOT CARE. It was so horrible! I felt so sorry for that family. I was told we would have a safe place to put our belongings while we jumped and waited for the party room and all they had were wire carts out in the open where it could just be a thief’s free for all. AND they were so overbooked THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A WIRE CART FOR US ANYWAYS. My husband had to miss pretty much half the party just so he can stay behind and watch everyone’s stuff. IT WAS SO BAD. I paid almost $500 and I am so extremely disappointed. I went to talk with the manager when my son’s party was done and he said “he was busy” and talked ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE while I waited to talk to him for a half hour!!! He knew I was waiting to talk with him too! The staff is horrible. The place is dirty as well, not clean at all! If I could give zero stars I would. This was my sons 1st birthday and I thought it would be an amazing and fun experience but it was not. Beware of having your next...
