Urban Air has definitely upgraded since the last time I was there. I was thinking there would be a time limit but there isn't anymore. You just pay for a package deal per person. I paid around $40 with a coupon for one adult, one 5 year old, and one 8 year old doing the Ultimate package which is everything included. My kids had a blast so we will definitely be coming back. The only bad thing I can say is the cafe worker. Whoever was working the register had no idea what they were talking about. I went there a very hungry pregnant woman since I could not jump and figure I could eat while my husband and kids jump. I began to order pizza when the cashier interrupts me and says they are not serving food. I asked for chips. He said we don't have chips. I said what do you have to eat? He said soft pretzels. I said ok do you have hot cheese? He said no. So I ended up just getting an icee. I find out later they were serving food after I went back up there for the second time to buy a pretzel with hot cheese since I saw someone else with it. Of course I had bought more snacks because I asked the second time when will you be serving food and he said I don't know. So it was too late to order food since I already bought snacks. Just disappointed about the communication whether there was food or not with a customer. I won't be listening to that kid anymore lol Other than that, I still give this place 5 stars as they over exceeded my expectations and my kids and husband had a great time. Definitely recommend families...
Read moreNot great. I almost bought 4 memberships but so glad I visited first. I'd hate to be stuck with this place for a year. We've been to the Franklin one a few times and this place is very junky and small in comparison. Pros: Pretty clean, the food was decent and fast, and my 8-year-old had fun. Cons: SO understaffed for a Friday night. We didn't get to do anything but the zip line once and it wasn't even busy. Pretty much every sign wanted you to search for a staff member. My job as a consumer is not to seek out provided services. It didn't seem like anyone followed the rules for what bracelet level they purchased. The only thing I was looking forward to as an adult was the VR. Of course that was inoperable. This place is NOT at all safe for a toddler. No one follows height restrictions and the majority of kids had little to no supervision. So many incidents almost occurred with my 2 year old because staff aren't making sure kids are watched. There also isn't an area for 5 and under to safely jump. The menu was unreadable, the Dr. Pepper was disgusting and the Bosco cheese sauce almost made me vomit.
Overall: This place is a free-for-all, unsafe for young ones, extremely understaffed, and worn equipment. This isn't fun for adults at all like it is in Franklin. I'm much more likely to just make the drive to Franklin where my kids can play safely and have plenty...
Read moreMy family and I, including a 3 year old and 8 month old, really enjoy coming here when we can't play outside during the fall and winter months. Usually plenty of things for toddlers and adults to do. Obviously, this kind of place isn't really made for non-walking infants and babies, hence why entry is free for parents and children under 2. Affordable pricing. Really appreciate that parent passes are half price of kid pass prices. I'm not sure who has more fun: me or my daughter! Plenty of seating for people needing to take a break or be with babies.
However, we visited on 12/30 and were turned off just a little bit by the lack of maintenance and overall experience we had. It was very busy, warm, and muggy inside the facility. Highly recommend getting the HVAC fixed, as it was pretty uncomfortable considering the activities we were doing and the number of people in the facility. Water was dripping from one of the pipes near the basketball goals, so recommend getting that fixed. A couple of the activities were out of order, so recommend getting those fixed as well. Would give 5 stars since this is a fun and affordable place for families to visit to exercise and burn energy, but the HVAC issues, leaking pipe, and nonworking activities turned us off to future...
