Amazing gym with all the equipment you could ask for. Great environment and competitive pricing. I’ve worked out here for years and would only recommend IFC. If you don’t pay for 24 hour access you can only get in during staffed hours though. There have been numerous occasions where I come to workout during staffed hours, but no one is working and the doors are locked. This is most common around holidays and on Saturdays. Never a sign posted days in advance of a change in hours. I’ve even asked on numerous occasions about holiday hours ahead of time, get told a time frame by staff, and show up during the time someone is supposed to be here, but the doors are locked. It’s very frustrating, especially with a scoop of preworkout in the system. I’m not one to leave a negative review, but it has happened way too many times and maybe this will be the catalyst to some change. I’m not the only one. I will keep this with you on here but I meant for it to be for the Bedford IFC. Stop overthinking it and try it out. It's amazing. I've been going over a year. It's literally life changing if you use it right! I go with my gym bros, we work out together and catch up on each other's lives. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very caring and interested in how their customers are doing! They always stay on top of the repairs and little thing's that need tending to. I've been to many gyms. This gym has it all. Friendly and helpful staff,every weight or machine you could want or need, plenty of cardio equipment, cross fit area with all necessary equipment , out door workout area even with tires to flip, clean facility,great location right off a major highway. The owners are the best. If you want a specific piece of equipment they don't have they make every effort to get it for you.GREAT GYM!!! Give stars...
