The service here has always been decent and the food is OK. However, yesterday I called in a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up in about 15 and there was a girl at the counter on the phone. She NEVER looked at me, said a word or acknowledged me in any way. I watched her walk to the kitchen after a few minutes, still not even saying "I'll be with you" or anything similar. She stayed in the kitchen for a good 10 minutes before another waitress came over just as 2 customers walked in. She never asked what I needed and proceeded to seat the other 2 ladies. I was stunned that this was even happening. She finally asked if I was with them, which I said "no" and told her I was picking up an order. She gave me a look as if she thought I was stupid and then headed to the kitchen. I saw her and another worker glance at me several times and she slowly came back and mumbled something and then went back to the kitchen. I was so shocked to be treated this way that I didn't know what to do. I waited 5 more minutes and she brought a bag to the front, left it on the counter and walked away. No one ever rang me up and after a few more minutes of standing there feeling completely unwelcomed, I finally walked out without my food. I have NEVER experienced something like this before. The staff was beyond rude and now I understand why this place is never busy. There's a reason that there are so many other Mexican establishments in this area. I will take my business to them instead...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered take out tonight which is something we do often. The last time I ordered I asked for the “salad stuff” on the side. (Lettuce, Pico and sour cream) the girl stated “it always comes that way” so I ordered my burrito and didn’t say “salad on side” because why would I if they automatically put it there. We go get our food. My burrito and sides are in one container. I’m super confused because she stated “it always comes that way”. I don’t know about most people but I don’t like soggy lettuce. My boyfriend ordered mixed fajitas. He received only steak. Both meals were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. So I called and politely asked if the “salad stuff” automatically came on the side and to let them know I didn’t get my beans and rice (it stated it came with it on the menu). The girl answering the phone was extremely rude to me. Proceeded to READ me the menu and then stated the online menu is DIFFERENT then the one in store because “they haven’t updated it”. Sadly that’s not my issue. Your menu should be the same across the board. They refused to even replace our food after I said I would bring it back as we didn’t even eat it. She said “we will not replace something that isn’t wrong”. Like excuse me what??? I will absolutely NEVER be eating here again. Rude employees and...
Read moreThe worst place ever. I haven't tasted their food to be honest but the host was a B.. I walked there asked for a coffee to go if it was good and not an American one. I like my coffee hot and strong. She said she didn't know. I asked if she drinks coffee? She answered no. So I understood that she wouldn't know. Then she said she'd ask. After that a man came with a coffee and said that's what we have. I didn't like that but said nothing instead I made him a compliment about the place. He didn't answer or thank me as anyone would do. I smelled the coffee and it smelled like bad burned old coffee so I refused it of course. So they started speaking Spanish I said I don't understand Spanish and would like them to speak English so I can get what they were saying. The man left and the woman whispered don't come here again. I said: excuse me. What did you just said. She replied I don't speak English. I was shocked I called her impolite and rude. On the other side atI went to speedway. And the cashier was so welcoming and nice. So I know it's not me. It's the uneducated and bad-manners people working in that place. And here is my answer: I will never put a foot in your restaurant. Because when I pay money I expect a good service. I don't need you there's thousands of restaurants out there you...
