According to LinkedIn of CoOwner Mary Ruoff “No order is too big or too small”. However, after sending an email on Mon. 5/27 inquiring about a quote to have my Jean Jacket embroidered with name and date. I received a reply back from Therese stating that the one item I wanted embroidered “did not meet the minimum of 6 therefore, this is not a project we are able to complete”. If this is the case then the aforementioned statement is misleading and false as no order is to small is not being honored. **Please note this review is by any means no reflection of their work! This is solely based upon customer service. It is because of their work I know others who have had projects completed with this business over the years, in addition to the meritorious Google reviews read. My concern is that if customers are inquiring of a service and then being told that the order is too small to complete, then the statement “No order is too big or too small” is both misleading and false advertisement!! It would be nice if the staff Therese that is replying to emails is aware of this and if their is a minimum 6 order requirement, then perhaps the statement of Mrs. Runoff should be re written to reflect that orders that are too small they would be unable to complete the project as stated by Therese in her email. Initially Yours, as always, provided amazing customer service to meet our deadline. We wanted to have gator face masks embroidered with our logo (truly a sign of the times) to provide to our Associates for our social distanced/outside company picnic to celebrate our company's 4 year anniversary. They provided us some great options for a variety of products, and were able to get these facemasks to us in time for the celebration. I'm glad that IY has been able to stay open to serve their customers needs even in the wake of COVID. Their customer service is 2nd to none!

Most importantly the facemasks look great and our Associates love them. Not only did we wear them for the picnic, but it's great to see them being worn around the office every day !
