It's all local as far as I can tell and it's all consumption products so no one selling handmade trinkets or music. It's produce, meats, seafood. It's the local aspect that people forget about when eating conscious. Local beats organic imo and local organic beats both. Your buying direct.
The seafood guy has really good prices and will even help you learn to cook and cut it.
The meat lady is a 1 stop operation in Brawley, that's pretty much as local as you can get.

I'm skeptical to eat the mobile rotisserie ribs. I'm a smoke it low and slow kind of guy and I can do without the low and slow, but smoke is the only way to go. Parking sucks because they are using actual parking spots. Is best to park in the lot across D. The actual station lot.

   Read moreThis market is not an asset to the neighborhood. Management is at best cordial, however does not resolve issues of illegal parking and industrial noise pollution to the close neighbors. The homes surrounding the farmers market are 2-5 million dollar property's . It is beyond my understanding that management would not want to have neighbors to their venue in support, rather than, opposition. There will be a movement to shut down this farmers market if the management does not start thinking about the effects of the neighbors whom pay the taxes that allow you to operate.
