One of the clerks screwed up a lottery ticket that I purchased, and refused to own up to his mistake. This was essentially ripping me off for $20. But I could have let it slide except for his unprofessional, customer is always wrong attitude about it. He didn't even apologize for his mistake - in fact he tried to blame ME for his mistake! Very clean store and very organized. I had the pleasure of being helped by David. Really kind guy and we talked about life for 5 minutes. It was really cool to trade stories. In the end of the day, I realized that he was the same different kind of me.
