What an amazing customer experience I had today!! I have an emergency need to lower my beloved Tempurpedic bed frame.

I did not purchase my mattress from Relax the Back in Encinitas, but any mattress I purchase in the future will be from this store and I will always ask for Churck.

I am having major back surgery in a week and a half. While I have a list of what seems like hundreds of items to purchase and home modifications to make, no one addressed bed height. I love my tall bed, but it is not what will work when recovering from back surgery.

I called and Chuck answered. I wasn't even sure if I had the option to schedule a service call. I told Chuck my story. Ten minutes later he called me back and has a team coming out in five days! Just in time for my surgery.

My husband and I went in because we are in the market for a massage chair. Chuck was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had us try all the chairs out, answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information on all the ones that we tried out. He was very laid back and welcoming and also gave us our space to test them out instead of being pushy like most sales people can be. I usually get overwhelmed when going into places like that so I really appreciated his approach and will definitely be going back in to see him when we do some more research to decide which chair we are going to go with.
