If I could change my water company I would! The city of Enid customer service reps get to talk to you however they’d like plus they gets to change the price on your water bill when they like. They’ll tell you one price one day and then the next it isn’t what they told you at all. The rep on the phone called me a liar and was laughing at me. I talked to the assistant manger “Scott” and he made it very clear he does not care how customers are treated. When a representative tells you and your husband the same thing and then it changes the next? Then no one will uphold what you were told the day before? How unprofessional! The 3 out of 4 times I called the rep didn’t even give me a name. And when I kept asking for one they acted like they didn’t understand what I was asking. I've called three different times left messages, with no return phone calls. There has been no information as to why they couldn't pick up the brush until I called them today which is September 26th. I found out that on August 4th they canceled my pickup. They did did not let me know that they had canceled the tree pick up. I did not know about them not picking up the limbs until September 26th, which is today when I got a code enforcement paper in the mail. I have emailed the supervisor. I am from Texas so maybe that is why or we just have those 100% free things we use called manners. Tried to reach out to Nancy Chodrick not sure is she was the one who was speaking to me that way but she certainly ignored my email in regards to how I take care of the citation I have since I do not feel comfortable giving my financial information to highly unprofessional “ladies” I spoke too over the phone.
