I went for highlight all over my head and she did “clumps” of color because SHE thought it would look better…not what the customer wants. She said she was dying my hair “brown” but it was B2 Black”. At the end of the night she charged me $185 for half my head highlights and black whole head dye versus brown. She told me that I was “paying for her 35 years of experience and the product tariffs”.
