First Wok — Restaurant in Euclid

5/26 Edit/Response: This is most definately the right establishment in Cleveland (what I would consider Euclid, just after 222nd St, on the Corner of Euclid Ave- Next time I am in the era I will ne sure to take pictures- Unfortunately I can't provide work photos as its agaisnt regulations and insurance privacy concerns- But as a member of the public I can tell my personal stories from my expierences... PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!! OMG DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM HERE! I Used to eating order here all the time, it was just close to my house and convenient- I work in water/fire/Mold Mitigation and was sent here to help with a water leak from thier insurance- This place os infested with black mold all over the place, when brought to thier attention the owners were adamant it's been like that since they bought it and it was fine- I explained it most certainly was not, and even after an Industrial Hygenist came in and did independent testing and showed the 9 different species of mold and the different spore counts they would not listen- I spent over 30 minutes discussing the fact the insurance would pay for most if not all of the demo, decon, and reconstruction and they would not listen- While working there signs of insects and mouse infestation were present and I watched kitchen workers handle food with no gloves and poor food preparation safety- Please, Please, PLEASE- DO NOT EAT HERE FOR...

Terrible experience. Haven't ate here in years and I got general sos chicken that I've been craving because I remember there's use to be good. So I ordered from parking lot in my car. Gave them 15 min then I went in to grab order. I get in grab my food went to my car and taste food. Chicken was old and not fresh. U could tell was old chicken they just put sauce on it(also has a weird after taste). So I went in and was very professional. She then blows up about it. We made fresh for u we did. I said mam now u know this isn't fresh. She then tries to make it seem like I took long to get order. When that wasn't the case. So she fixes food, slide it's out window without a bag or anything. I get it and she has me to try it. I'm like yes it's fresh but it in the back of my head I'm like it still taste so weird. The chicken has to be old or spoiled and they are still trying to sell it. It had the weirdest after taste I can't even explain. Terrible. They should be ashamed for even trying to sale it. I would never go here again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I stopped here on my way to work to pick up my order. After I settled in at work, I opened out my food and started eating. The orange chicken was so hard and dry that I couldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant to let them know, they told me that I needed to return all the food. I advised the girl that answered the phone that I was at work and could not leave. I asked if I could bring in tomorrow which was Monday. She said no, we are closed on Monday’s and I needed to bring it in today. I told her that was impossible, I just can’t leave work because you gave me bad food. I asked if I could bring it in on Tuesday? The manager finally agreed. Tuesday comes, I return the food and they refused to give me my money back only exchange for something else. Absolutely not!! I want my money, I do not want anything else from this place! We go back in forth for awhile then he(owner/manager) threatened to call the police on me. Call them please!! Once he saw that I was unbothered by him threatening to call the police, he told the girl to give me my money back...
