This place has fallen off completely. Idk who they’re hiring but they need to run some serious past employment verification because there’s no possible way these people have worked in the restaurant industry before.
I placed 2 orders, 2 days in a row. Yesterday I ordered wings & waffle fries. The waffle fries were inedible because they were fried into a big clump and only partially cooked. Common sense working in the service industry, when frying frozen foods you HAVE to shake the basket during the cooking so the food doesn’t stick together.
Gave them another chance today, ordered chicken tenders and Doritos. I called the restaurant and idk who they have working the phones but she needs some training on phone etiquette. I mean, some SERIOUS training. I called to give instructions to the driver when they arrive, to CALL ME and not knock on the door. The driver arrives, and of course he doesn’t call me. I hear a bang at the door then he proceeds to open the screen door and bang on my actual door, even though it’s written on my ticket to CALL UPON ARRIVAL. Very annoying as I specified these instructions for a reason. Also they gave me the wrong flavor Doritos.
All in all, 2 strikes is all it takes. I’ll be taking them off my list for sure.
UPDATE I gave this place a second chance, like a fool 🤦🏾♂️ ordered wings and they were RAW!!! Literally inedible. Fatigued is not the word. I tried and I tried and I tried. I've ordered from this company about a half a dozen times in the first time it was great but other than that it's been nothing but wrong orders nasty food and wasted time. Today I called to find out where my order was after waiting an hour and a half and the girl on the phone was extremely rude and after telling me that they're busy and my order will be here when it gets here, hung up on me. I called back just for her to tell me that they are busy and she don't have time for complaints and that that is just a job and she don't need to deal with me but sure will wait for me to finish what I have to say before hanging up. I can't believe this is the generation going to be taken care of us when I'm old. Once my order did arrive an hour and 45 minutes later the bag was opened at the top everything inside was cold and disarray. Someone could have easily done something to this food and I'm very hesitant to eat it but after working 13 hours today I'm starving and don't have a choice. If something happens to me and I don't wake up tomorrow I hope somebody reads this. I will literally live off of Dollar store food before I order from that place again. $30 wasted! Read moreAn absolute joke. Plain and simple, ordered a large pizza and 10 wings on the website at 5:45 pm and received and email stating that the food would be delivered at 6:46 pm. After about an hour and 15 minutes had passed I called in to check on the order and was told that it would be at my house in 10-15 minutes so I waited and after 15 minutes and at 7:26 pm I called again to cancel my order and ask for a refund. The woman that answered the phone simply has no business working in customer service after asking me "why didn't I just come pick up my food if I live down the street?" When I told her that I literally was less than 2 miles from their location and couldn't understand what could possibly be taking so long. I will say however whoever answered the phone after the reject I had talked to previously had great customer service etiquette and issued my refund to me no problem. Pretty sad experience after being told nothing but great things about this place from my property manager at my new apartment.
