V&V Appliance Parts — Attraction in Euclid

Purchased an oven igniter to fix our 30 y/o stove. Parts guy opened the box to show me how fragile the coil is and to be very careful. So… I get home to install and guess what happens? The coil broke! $75 down the drain and I was pounding on the wall, stomping on the floor, and swearing all around the house in disgust!! I called V&V back to let them know what happened - guys said “that’s what I tried to explain to you.” Fair enough - not their fault. Asked if they can do anything for me - can’t replace it for free, but he invited me to come back and he would lessen the blow of having to get another one. Still had to fork up another good chunk of change - was mad a hornet, but felt better that they at least tried to dampen the damage for me. Second (well, 3rd if you count the rebuy) I’ve gotten parts from here....

They were so helpful and nice! I showed them a video of how my washer sounded and they were able to hear what was wrong. They sold me an actual Whirlpool part at a good price and let me know I could do it myself with the help of YouTube. Went home and we were able to do it and it was the exact part we needed. V&V Appliance is amazing. They don’t have places like this anymore. A local business that has staff that knows what they are talking about. We went in today to get a dryer part and the guy told us the issue was probably over stuffing the dryer. He also told us what to clean out just to be sure something was not clogged so we don’t burn up the new part. I highly recommend this place and we will for sure come back in the future for any more...
