So clean and peaceful! My kids love going here to walk and go to the parks. We take our dog here too and i love that i never see poop laying around. They keep up with the grass and maintenance and they put out warning signs for the snakes and flooding at the entrance. My only issue with it is theres no light. Once the sun starts going down id just leave. My last experience there in the evening was scary as there were a group of guys clearly drunk sitting next to the park and it was a little too secluded of an area for me to be alone with my kids. But during the day its nice relaxing place!

Update!!! Woman do not go alone here with your kids without protection. A group of guys spread out around the playground where i was with both my kids and they all got on their phones at the same time. It was weird and its a secluded area so my mommy instinct was to grab my kids and run to the car. It may be paranoia but please be careful and aware of your surroundings! Theres a lot of crazy in the...

This is a beautiful park. However spectators should be monitored as there is older residents that stalk guests and harass them as they are photographing their families. On Easter Sunday our family went to take photos in the bluebonnets and these elder men were harassing us and made us feel uncomfortable. Their problem was they thought we were disturbing the flowers. But truth is we chose an area that someone had previously been and we were very careful to take care of the area. I for one thought it was very distasteful of these men to approach us and it felt threatening. They even followed us up the pathway like they were stalking us. We were doing nothing wrong and just a family taking photos of only ourselves and minding our own business enjoying a beautiful...

It's been three years since I've been to this park! But in my defense, I don't live in Euless anymore. Today we were in town and had a few minute to spare for outdoor time, so we stopped by!

This park is so beautiful, we love walking to the pier and watching the tadpoles and fish swimming around. There's a long walking trail which we didn't get to walk all the way down today but we will have to make time for it. You can't go wrong no matter who he path you take, you will find picturesque scenes everywhere. In fact, there was a photo shoot taking place today while we were there.

Relaxing pre-lunch outing, I'm sure we will...

The Preserves at McCormick Park has turtles, and a place to fish. I see awesome walking paths, but I'm not sure yet what the sand walk path is by the kid's area. Is it where you can walk barefoot and ground your body? It seems too small to bring a horse on the dirt sand walk. There was someone sleeping on the picnic table, so I will look later. This park is a gem in the Euless Park network. Maybe I should make a song about this park?

There was so much to explore here and the kids took full advantage. I loved that they had warning signs out for people to be aware that there maybe snakes on the trail. The park was very shaded for the kids to play on. I like that fact because the surface of the playground would not burn them. They also have a fishing location for those that are lovers of that activity. They also have a load of nature that just draws you in.
