Norris University Center — Attraction in Evanston Township

It depends what you are rating this place on... if it is the food, it really falls short. Hours of operation are narrow and many places are closed in the summer (who cares about staff!?). The chain businesses (Starbucks, Dunkins, and Subway) don't take their respective gift cards because apparently they aren't real franchises. The food joints inside all have different hours making it difficult to know which will be open.
