The ONLY reason i’m giving 3 stars is because all in all the kids had a really fun time. I had my sons 2nd birthday here, yesterday. I booked this place months in advance and spent $400 to do so. Now it states you pay for the kids, i paid for 15 KIDS. When i went to check in they had all the kids brackets (that had waivers on file with our jump ID) already printed out, A+ for that. I ordered my pizzas & my 3 REFILLABLE pitchers at that time. They told me the pitchers could go in the room whenever so i requested they go in at that time (never did happen). Then the people checking everyone in decided not to charge the adults, but to just give them the wristbands for the kids I had already paid for. I had to go to the front desk THREE times to inform them that ADULTS PAY FOR THEMSELVES. As it was stated when i booked my party, as it was stated when i checked in. The final time the girl looked away and said “it’s hard to tell the difference between a child and an adult” i was floored because every adult with children that came, there was a VERY obvious age gap considering this was a party for a 2 year old! Also we paid for water, i was informed by someone on their FB that every kid i paid for would get water bottles (i paid for 15) however they only allowed us to have 11 water bottles, also we were told we couldn’t have them until 30 minutes from the end of our party... so with not pitchers or water that we PAID for everyone of our guests started buying their own drinks. I will say we finally got our pitchers (20 minutes before our party ended after a 3rd request) pink lemonade, 7 UP, & RC (we ordered pink lemonade, RC, & sunkist so atleast they got 2 right). Also i received a $25 gift card from them for my sons party, when we tried to use it to buy a slushee we were informed it could only be used to pay for the party. The party we booked and paid for in advance in February... so essentially we couldn’t use that at all. Also let’s not forget that towards the end of my sons party there was a man running around yelling at kids and glaring in our room while we packed up to leave, which we were very rushed to do. We had 30+ people attend my sons party, the party rooms are really only suited for MAYBE 15-20, so we had a lot to clean up. The girl from the front counter came in to ask if we were done yet? Who even does that? Our kids were not jumping, half of our party had already left, there were 5 of us in the room trying to pick up and we were basically told to stop and leave they would get the rest. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED. I felt more stress just trying to help my guest check in and rush to leave than i ever have before. I will 100% never be going back or booking...
Read moreThis review is difficult because after speaking with the owner, he’s a completely understandable and upstanding guy. He added an additional refund without asking, apologized immediately, reaffirmed our position, and went into action all while “off the clock”. This review went from 1 star to 4 star because of him and him alone. He is fantastic but Gracie and Emily are terrible workers. They should either be in the back or not work here at all. They literally call us a little over 30 minutes after we left, at a around 6, accusing us of not paying for our party “leaving without paying”— we paid 295 a week in advance for 3 pizzas and 5 pitchers without using two which initiated a 10 dollar refund. Their tone had a lot of attitude and was accusatory. They are talking to an adult, not their friend in band camp. (disrespectful) Realizing they were wrong, there was no apology, just a “never mind”. They hung up in the middle of us talking (disrespectful). It’s hard to face the music. we call them back after they called us and hung up without apologizing. This happened because they didn’t do their diligence. When we called back, they had attitude that comes with any teenager who doesn’t want to admit their wrong. It took us asking 5 times for the manager’s name and number because she didn’t want to give it. She knew what is was. It’s why Gracie handed the phone to Emily (who was not the manager, but in her words “acting manager”) and she still didn’t want to give us his name. when she did, she tried to spit it out like Eminem in a speed rap contest. it was the worst customer experience of 2020 & 2021. These are the little girls in youth group who make others not wanna go to youth group lol I’m poking fun but seriously....I can not understate how much they shouldn’t be in customer service. The owner said they shouldn’t even have called us for those manners, they should’ve called him. They disrespected his boundaries, business, customers, appearance, authority and more. How many times have they done this? And how much longer will they be allowed to carry on with this attitude? Will he be able to trust them again? As someone who is stepping into business and a consultant for the top companies in the US, I know the answers are no. Character isn’t something that can be taught,...
Read moreVisited on a Wednesday from 12-215. Was surprised it was pay for an hour jump for two. The facility seemed to be in good shape and staff was friendly and accommodating. There were approx 50(ish) people there when we were about to leave. Population picked up closer to 2. Bathrooms were clean and offer two stalls, one being a wheelchair accessible and a baby changing table. Prices were competitive to other local entertainment. Paid $40 for two kids to jump for two hours. Adults who aren't jumping do not have to pay which is nice, and you can walk through the facility.
The facility offered many trampolines. Two different ninja zones (climbing ropes, obstacle course and more), dodgeball, basket ball, four cloud pillows and three different inflatable jump houses.
My only concern is my daughter got hurt on the bounce house that is facing the trampolines with the two slides down. Once they come down the slide there is no padding on the floor. They just drop off onto...
