CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Evansville

My mother has cancer and has been trying to get her prescriptions from CVS in Schnucks on Green River Road which is close to her home. Her doctor prescribed something that they didn’t have in stock before Labor Day weekend and they said they would order it. It wasn’t ready Thurs or Fri and they are closed on Sat & Sun. (also closed Mon for Labor Day) My mother called Tuesday after Labor Day to see if it had came in and they said no one had ordered it yet. So she went quite a few days without a prescription. She also had trouble again today. Her doctor called her in another RX to CVS and she called to see if it was ready. They said they would send a text when it was ready. She kept waiting. A little bit before they closed my mother called back to see if it was ready and they said they did not have an RX for her. Now it is too late to call the doctors and see what happened and this CVS is now closed and not open Saturday or Sunday. So my mother is left waiting again. My mother will now be getting her prescriptions sent to Meijers and neither herself nor me and my family will be using this location again....

Convinient place to grab essentials if you cannot get to main shopping centers.just beware if you have your furry friends with you,this is a not pet friendly location, that included strict rules for service dogs as well: they require: card,leash and a vest for the service...

I absolutely love both of the pharmacists there at this location. They are very accommodating, efficient, and both are very well mannered and friendly. I am referring to the location of 3501 Green River and Lynch inside...
