I am torn about this review. I was going to rate it a four-star, but I don't think it deserves that. I think it deserves a five-star. I was only going to give it a four star because of the price, but if you look at other places to compare this to price wise it'll fall right in line with Jersey Mike's or five guys burgers. I really think Penn station has great subs. The cookies are great. They have one of the best hot subs that I've probably ever had. This location everyone was so friendly and treated us with such respect and took care of everything we needed.
The only "complaint" on one of our trips here was the fries were a little underdone, but I would not complain about...

The sandwiches were on the small side for regular sizes. The cheesesteak barely had any meat it in and the chicken parm was fine, not great, but not awful, just bland.
