Fantasy Gifts — Attraction in Evesham Township

I would never go back to this Fantasy Gift in Marlton the sale associate couldnt be bothered i had asked a question if they carried a certain product her response was what you see is all we have very cold&rude never coming around to show me a comparable product a horrible sale associate then it got worse @ the check out she over charged me for my products cause she really didnt know the price of her products that she carry's @ her store again she couldnt be bothered to go check she was more interested in being on her phone & she never offered me a coupon like i had heard her offer to other customers!!It is clear to me her customer service skills need work & refreshing she lost out on the opportunity to sell me more products instead she could care less!!Needless to say i will never shop there my money will be spent @ the Turnersville store or online much better...

NOT AN ACTUAL STORE!

I went onto their Bachelorette Spot website and saw some cute things that I was thinking about purchasing for my best friend's bachelorette party and I decided to stop into the store and expected to see a large selection of the products listed online..OR NOT. When you walk into the store, the "Bachelorette Spot" was just a teeny tiny corner in the front of the store!! And those custom made gifts they advertise were nowhere to be found! I asked the woman working if there was another bachelorette store or like if I had come to the wrong one and she said no! The way they had it advertised was like it was a completely different store, not some tiny corner! I ended up just going to the House of Bachelorette website, so much better and much...

This store in Marlton has a nice set up and a very wide range of products to choose from. However, the products are over all very over priced compared to other stores that you can order online. They offer no customer experience such as sales and coupons ETC where for as plenty of other adult retailers do. Also, depending on when you go there, the experience with the workers differs. Sometimes they are pleasant and sometimes they are not. With my experience, management in particular seemed to be dismissive and inattentive; also acting a little strange which made the experience of shopping here a little more uncomfortable for me. After my experiences this past month, needless to say I will not be shopping at Fantasy...
