We've ordered take out from here a few times and it is some of the best food we've had. We love Szechuan cuisine but it's hard to find a good place in the area. Each dish we've tried has been incredibly well flavored and the spice is perfect. We finally decided to dine in after getting take out 3 times in one week. Service was very friendly and quick. We tried the dry sautéed crispy shredded beef, it was so crispy and perfectly sweet. Absolutely recommend. We also got the soup dumplings, while they were good, this was probably my least favorite out of everything we've tried so far. We also got the Ma La Dry pot with lamb and the cumin lamb. Both of these we've gotten multiple times and have never been disappointed. The spice level is perfect and they're both so flavorful. We've gotten chicken with Szechuan pepper and this one might be my personal favorite spice wise. It has that numbing spice that is exactly what you're looking for when you hear Szechuan. We've tried the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, which is perfectly crispy and has more of a sweet taste to it. We've tried the Kuang Pao chicken which was also very good. We just tried the scallion pancakes which is hands down the best one I've ever had. My husband has tried the general Tso's chicken and it was less sweet than he's used to, which I liked a lot. The hot and sour soup is also very good. My in laws tried the pad thai and said it was delicious.
Overall, highly recommend this place. The food is incredible every time and we've never been disappointed. Pictures and from when...
Read moreSzechuan Village Pho & Dim Sum - Marlton - On the recommendation of some fellow foodies, I ventured to this restaurant. I was always skeptical because from the outside it always seemed closed. Boy was I surprised when I entered and the place was crowded! Lucky for me they did have a table. The inside is nicely decorated, noise level was not bad even with the place being packed. We were handed the book of a menu. It is extensive. So many options to choose from. We ended up ordering a wonton soup which had a rich brown broth, egg drop soup which was velvety and flavorful. The Szechuan wonton appetizer was amazing. Great wontons and super heat! Pan fried chicken dumplings were good. And the crispy beef appetizer was delicious. The crispiness of the beef and the sauce was out of this world if you like this style of beef. We didn't even get to order entrees we were so full! This is why we will be going back! The meals going out looked great. Service was super! A definitely great addition to the food scene in the area. #chinese #vietnamese #szechuancuisine #pho...
Read moreMe and my friends were trying to go to a Vietnamese place down the street and they were closed. It was pretty late but we really wanted Pho so we just picked the closest place that was open the latest. We had and AMAZING time and we can't wait to come back. The food alone made this place a 10/10 for us but the service made it even better. Our waitress Shirley was so helpful and kind. We were there a little bit past close and felt really bad but multiple people assured us that we were fine and told us to take our time. When we got our boxes Shirley went out of her way to help us and packaged our food for us. She made sure to put our noodles separate from the broth showing amazing attention to detail. Over all the staff, food, and ambiance was out of this world. The bill for four large meals, two appetizers, and drinks was also reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We are so happy that we stumbled upon this place and we will definitely be...
