I was so excited to try this new restaurant and it didn’t disappoint!! Their margaritas are worth every penny! I had the sangria margarita and the tropical margarita - both were delicious! The table side guac is the best in the area, the only problem is everyone there knows it too so it takes awhile to get! The texas fajitas are the best fajitas in the area! However they season the meats and veggies and sear them is out of this world!!! Our waiter Erwin was AMAZING!!! He felt bad taking our main entree order bc the table side guac was taking awhile to happen due to the high demand on a Friday night and he wanted us to have time to enjoy it but we let him know it was okay and we didn’t mind if we had it with our meals. The restaurant in itself is a whole vibe. All the workers are so nice and you can tell they are truly happy to be there. They do a whole thing with party music that takes over the restaurant for a couple minutes for birthdays and it was so fun to watch, even the cooks were dancing it was the best!!! I was actually there for my birthday but they were doing so many I didn’t want them to get tired of the celebrations so I didn’t mention it lol To the reviews complaining about service and not quick enough, keep in mind they JUST OPENED and they are extremely busy bc everyone is excited to try them out. This being said, we had no slowing down on a Friday night - they told us 20 minute wait, so we went to the bar, but then got the text alert our table was ready in about 10 minutes. Anyway, love this restaurant and the employees. Great Mexican establishment for the area!!!

After this opened up, and based on reviews, we were so excited to try it. We've loved the Sicklerville location and we're hopeful that this would be just as good, but unfortunately we were wrong. We understand that new businesses do you have some kinks they run into, but there was just too many things we didn't like for us to consider coming back. The atmosphere was a little odd to say the least, with a mix of different types of decor thrown in there. We did wait quite a while after being seated for our waiter to take our order, or for waters and chips to be delivered to the table. We ordered tableside guac, empanadas, and chicken chimichangas. The guac was average, but when it came to our meals was where we were really disappointed… The empanadas that I normally order at the Sicklerville location were definitely made differently as they were filled with onions and peppers & is something to note as this was not listed under the description on their menu. When asked if they could be made without the onions and peppers in them, we were told they only came premade. The manager did come over and offered a replacement but this ended up in a little bit of a conflict when we got the bill and were charged for both. It was resolved, but was a bit confusing and disappointing to say the least. Before leaving, we did speak to the manager about these changes and he mentioned "they were trying something different" in comparison to the other one… So for anyone who is hopeful of an additional location with the same food, this is not the place to go.

Understandably most new restaurants have kinks they need to work out and you need to have a certainly level up of grace walking in. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were seated right away but sat for quite a long time waiting for our server to greet us. I asked someone to get our server for us and when she arrived there was no proper greeting. It is simply “what do you want to drink?!” We told her our drink and food order while a manager brought us waters and queso. It was a kind gesture to make up for the wait and was well received. However then the waitress never brought my son the drink we ordered and scurried off. We did not see her again until after our food was brought out and I asked for a manager. Our food was cold as in the plate was warmer than the actual food. I ordered a combo platter with cheese enchiladas and opened it up to reveal shredded cheese that was not melted one bit (see picture) and the other food ordered was incorrect even after confirming the order. While the manager seemed nice, he did not know how to properly deescalate the situation nor offer to fit the food. I genuinely think he did not know what do say. We ultimately opted to leave. I can not say I would ever go back and would not recommend anyone else to until they address staffing and training.

Will NEVER EVER BE BACK!! They STOLE from my friend . I’m not sure if this was a race issue or age issue but my friend and I were discriminated against and stole from. We came here for my birthday with my toddler. This was our first time here, while still eating the waiter brought over our check. We thought that was weird since we were still eating but no big deal. Total came up to $95 we paid (card) and kept eating. The waiter takes the check then comes back and says “is there a problem? “ confused we said sorry we think you have the wrong table we didn’t complain. He responds “clearly you have a problem or no morals to not tip” . My friend and I were SHOCKED! I responded and said we are hair stylist so we were going to leave a cash tip because we always tip cash! He then goes on to say they don’t pay taxes so n their tips so he’ll have his manager reopen the tab. I told him I’d no longer be tipping because tips are out of kindness for good service and this is not good service! As I pulled cash out my pocket to show him he was going to receive more in a tip originally. As a tip worker I would NEVER feel so entitled . He then hands us boxes I guess his way of telling us to leave. He then brings over a new check that he tipped himself $15 and told my friend to sign it. My friend refused to sign it because she said she did not write that amount and he took it upon himself to tip himself an additional $15 . At no point did the manager come over to apologize for their waiter. The waiter here is a thief and entitled ! Why are they not paying taxes ? Why are they adjusting credit card and tip amounts? And why was he so comfortable to talk to us like that? I’d like to assume it’s not because we’re young black girls in our 20s. He clearly already assumed we weren’t tipping him instead of assuming we’d tip cash like I’m sure others do!? And why were we given a check while clearly still eating? It was a Tuesday night so it’s not like it was a busy weekend. They also charge for every little thing! They charges for ranch with my kids chicken tenders and fries . AND they also asked us to love our seat while eating because they needed our table for another group they said, yet we didn’t complain or fuss. Will never be back to this entitled and clearly discriminatory...

We have been coming here since they opened and loved the food and service etc. the place is clean and decorated well. We went today and the whole entire experience took a turn that’s we have never had to deal with here before. Service such as our waiter could care less about us, acted like we bothered him on the two occasions he came back. We waited so long for our orders to be taken just for our apps to come out with our dinners. My pins colada took 35 minutes to come to my table. Others were getting drinks and food and leaving by the time we placed our orders. The staff just ignore you when you tell them the food is wrong or that we didn’t want our app now that our dinners came and we waited so long already. Trying to get refills for water and soda were hard enough let alone the check. Waited another 25 minutes. The music was also blaring like we were in a night club. It’s never been that loud. My senior dad came out to eat and his hearing aids couldn’t handle the loud blaring music but without them he cannot hear anything. I asked the maters to lower it due to his disability and they stared at me like I had 3 beards and when I said “so can you lower it plz?” I got a head nod. It wasn’t lowered either. We also got sat in a tight space with two other tables sharing a booth and it was like we were ontop of everyone. When someone asks for a booth they don’t mean the half booth half chairs. There were plenty open as it was busy. This is inexcusable and inappropriate. Meanwhile the food wasn’t as good as before. Steak was dry and well done not medium like requested. Chewy and gross. App came out and they must have made the portion of the friends smaller because I’ve never seen that small plate when we get this app every time for $15… meanwhile it was wrong meat on top anyway. Not sure we will...

Disappointed. I had heard good things and was excited to have a new Mexican restaurant in the area, but I was a little let down after our first visit. We came for a late Sunday lunch, it was not crowded and we got seated right away.

Server was friendly and came over fast with chips and salsa - but all of our food (apps and entrees) came out right after each other with no time to eat - and that was frustrating. We also ordered a margarita flight, were confused about what options we could chose from (it’s not clear or printed anywhere), one of them was unavailable and he subbed it without asking us what we wanted (which I thought was weird) so we had to send one back for replacement. Also I think charging $38 for the four small margaritas is criminal…they were not great, I’ve had better margaritas at Outback (literally). Drink prices overall are high compared to other restaurants in the area.

I didn’t get any food pics, but we ordered the taquitos appetizer, my husband got a #5 combo, and I got the tacos al pastor. Food was fine but did not blow me away. They serve the rice and beans side together in a bowl so no way to avoid mixing.

I asked for a side of sour cream, they brought a huge bowl of it and tried to charge us $4 for it! Our waiter removed it from the bill when we asked but that was crazy - all I wanted was a small side, not a huge bowl. And who charges for sides of sour cream like that? I was really put off by it. Also no one ever came to clear empty plates and cups from our table until the server came to see if we needed boxes - the table was crowded so that was annoying, if I’m being nitpicky.

Might give them one more try - want to try their guacamole at least - but overall I’m not super hopeful. Bill was over $100 for lunch for two with alcohol so not...
