Staples — Attraction in Evesham Township

I did an online pick up at the Marlton, NJ location. We live over an hour away from the store and their online service boasts 1hr pickup. When we arrived at the store I had not received the e-mail stating my 1 item was ready for pickup. Again. I live over an hour from the location. No big deal at first. We went in the store to use the restrooms. They were completely closed with the explanation they were being cleaned. Fine. We left the store and grabbed something to eat. Still no e-mail. After waiting considerably longer than the boasted 1hr pick up my fiancé went into the store to see what was up with the 1 item. The employee and female assistant store manager were exceptionally rude to him. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. I will ensure everyone I know purchases from somewhere other than Staples, and yes I am aware the impact will not be huge but this is on principle now. He did not walk into the store with an attitude but was instantly met with one. They were not busy. There was no need for the attitude he received trying to...

Avoid this staples. Went today because always had good service. Just wanted copies of a short pdf file with some mag. 3 employees in print area,just one other cust.NEVER come here again. First employee Laneara said”I can’t do this! Told her I’ve had this done here,NO problem. If u can’t do it get some one who. Finally did. Bottom line one said she could,said it would take several days. I’ve had this done in less than 5 minutes. She left me to help”no can do”employee! Never came back! Manager,Brian,noted me there for over 1 hours. He went to talk to second employee for a few minutes. Came back to tell me just be a few minutes! That’s all it took! First useless employee came over to check me out after another 20 min wait. She was VERY rude. Not my fault she doesn’t know how to do her job! She also had to be reminded to return original copy as I had originally requested. Never coming back here. Sorry Brian NOT your fault. If you hadn’t come to help me I would still be there! Learned my lesson! They don’t deserve the single star....

I literally went to this store before to print out music for a professional production. The lady at that time was so professional bound the book right there and helped me print.

By contrast the gentleman today gave me a hard time by saying he would not print out music using excuses that I know are not valid. I’m a professional musician I know under what circumstances I can and how to print out music for professional productions. After all that, he claimed that I’m giving him a hard time after the fact that he said it would take him an entire hour to bind the book. I mean really ?!??? With 5 customers in the store it will take you an hour to bind a simple book?

Unacceptable. Do better staples. Stop hiring such lazy inexperienced people! Stop hiring people who seem to be in high school unless they know how to go the extra mile. they are generally not good...
