So itās unfortunate that I have to write this because I don't usually leave reviews but the service I experienced today was awful. I went to return some clothes I bought about a week ago and I was told that I could not return my clothes until 12pm. I have never heard this from a clothing store before so I am not sure if that is normal or not but regardless I said okay and decided to walk around the store and wait until 12pm. Once it was 12:05 I proceeded to head back to the register to try and return my clothes. I was then told that they canāt return my clothes because they donāt have any cash in which I then told them it would be a return on card which I used to pay for the clothes. As the cashiers were getting ready to scan my clothes one cashier said āthey canāt do returns for clearance items which these probably are.ā First of all none of the items I bought were clearance items and 2nd it is very rude and unprofessional to assume that the clothes were from the clearance section. Once she assumed that I told her that none of them are from clearance and then they proceeded to scan my clothes and realized that none of them wet from clearance and I paid regular price for them. The entire time during the process they seemed annoyed about having to do a return and were very rude. This is unfortunate because I have shopped at Forman mills for years to get clothing close buy so that I donāt have to drive to the mall but as of today I will never shop at Forman mills ever again as this kind of service is extremely rude and disrespectful. There were 2 cashiers working and at least (what I counted) 6 other people walking back and forth behind the counter, however they were not being utilized appropriately. When I first got in line their were 11 people ahead of me. As I waited to be serviced/check out the line grew, I counted 18 people behind me and the line continue to grow, but at this point you have 1 cashier and 1 cashier handling customer service/layaway and returns.. I asked the store manager why aren't their more cashiers working?, His reply was, the store is closing at 7:00pm so there's no need to have all the cash registers open. How inappropriate is that? I thought as long as you have customers you make every attempt to accommodate them. The staff was friendly, however they were mumbling under their breath.
