Rude employees! Horrible experience.. with employees working at this site. They care more about their employees parking than making sales. Here is my story. No employee parking only signs anywhere. My first time going to this place. I created a membership and all exited to visit this new place and somehow ended up in their so called employees only parking lot. Mind you This parking lot has no access to the other so called customer parking Which is on the other side of the building. Now I have to go down two blocks to the next light make a U-turn drive back up three blocks. To the next light and make another U-turn come back down and go into the customer parking lot.. finding out everything I had to go through just to get back to this place. I kindly asked the employee ācouldnāt you just let this go as a warning being that it is my first time here. I am not disrespecting or anythingā My parking here was totally unintentional. they refused to sell me anything I had already ordered until I left and parked in the customer parking lot. So I left frustrated and all drove to the light made a U-turn and drove all the way down and because I was frustrated, I missed the turn to go back the other way and ran into another dispensary, BLOC. An excellent spot. the prices are a lot better. You receive a warm welcome, Parking is not an issue and you can park anywhere you like. I want to take this opportunity to thank Simply Pure for being rude. I wouldāve never saw BLOC dispensary. So Thank yāall so much ! Keep up he good...

From the minute I walked in I was greeted by the host and security with a smile. They took the time to ask what I liked and signed me up for their loyalty program (which offers terrific rewards and discounts).
Their customer service is stellar. Nobody is sales-driven, every person I interacted with simply wanted to help me find the best product for my specific needs and taste. They were all super patient and willing to show me a LARGE variety of products. Their recommendations were SPOT ON both times I've been here.
The product was fresh and fantastic. I could have easily spent 30 minutes just looking at the varieties of options to chose from.
I took the time to write this because I've stopped at many stores across many states with my travels but my experience here is by far the best I've had in NJ and one of the most notable I've had around the US.
If you are in the Trenton, NJ area and are looking to find great products and even better service, look no further and swing by this place. The experience is "simply pure" to say it best šŖš¤š¤ Thanks again to the terrific staff for making this memorable and worth the stop...

Even though it does not state this in the app or online. Although when you do send a friend referral. It allows your friend to sign up online. But apparently you have to scan a bar code at the register to sign up. Idk, all confusing and not explained properly... Could care less i misses out. Having to apologize to people who got screwed out of a perk. Nope. Hope they fix this.) Im always on the search for great products and excellent service. Simply Pure has it all and deserves the support. They have a wide variety of concentrates, edibles, vapes and flower to choose from. Not only do they carry great gentics, their pricing is more realistic to the actual market. The quality, at the price your paying... is worth stopping here.
