Fairfield Crossings Goodwill Store — Attraction in Fairfield

I was in this Goodwill on September 11 and a customer was upset due to the treatment that she received from a cashier at front another employee that was talking to the lady that was upset ask if she could help and the woman asked if she can have her manager come up. An employee suggested a man and the store manager came up and was talking to the woman as the other male manager was walking up. The woman that was upset that was talking to the manager stated something to the male manager he kindly responded and the manager of the store responded kindly. I enjoyed watching them come together as a team to help the woman with the disrespect she was receiving from the cashier at the time. I'm assuming both of these individuals were both managers and they were able to assist the woman with her issue even while the lady was upset and kind of irate they still assisted her with kindness and great customer service. You don't see things like that too often and I knew the woman that was upset but they still handled things very professionally... when I ask an employee who they were she said one was the store manager in the male was assistant store manager... it was great to see how they navigated through that issue and was able to keep a smile on their face even though the midst of chaos. Kudos to the Fairfield team I think their names were Cemron and Will. Please forgive me if I am wrong but thank you for showing patience and kindness even in the midst of someone being angry about how they were treated you're willingness to work with each other and to solve the issue without haste! I’ve been a customer here for a few years now (big family- saves us a ton of money!) .This store’s prices have always been great, but this recent remodel and new manager have been SO impressive! While I was getting in line, I met the new Store Manager, David (he was thanking people for coming in and directing staff) I told him how great the store looked and you could really tell he loves what he does and is proud of how clean, organized and fresh the store now looks! The store itself is nice. However, I went in and got three full bags of clothes. After check out, I saw they didn’t do tap pay so I asked if they could take my card info or anything like that, nope. I then asked if they could hold it for a bit while I try to get money out from an other store nearby. No luck, so I came back in to ask if I could hold it for tomorrow, AND THEN they told me they wouldn’t hold my clothes for me at all… before this was even an issue, no one answered the phone and the mail box was full so I couldn’t even leave a message asking about them holding the clothes for me.
