The Painted Chair — Attraction in Farmington

We absolutely love The Painted Chair! We started by purchasing take home kits and more recently started to go in for the workshops. PC has a great variety of projects for all age levels. I love the fact you're allowed to customize your project colors. They do offer sample projects to help inspire you. From kids paint to girls night out, there's really something for everyone. The owners, Laura and Martin are phenomenal and truly care about their customers. Their staff also goes out of their way to help. I've taken my 5 yr old there several times and I was impressed with how well they interact with him. The staff really makes him feel as if his art project is a true masterpiece. I saw TPC openly using another artist’s design without crediting that artist. I happen to know that when this issue was addressed, the owner of TPC behaved in an unprofessional way toward the original artist. I would say childish, but most children would not have acted the way the owner did since children know how to be fair and know better than to steal. The Painted Chair is such a wonderful place to enjoy time with friends and meet new ones. Painting the numerous variety of signs that I can customize to my liking is like no other in our area. Laura, Beth, Maddie, and Martin are all a joy to be around and make learning new techniques and tricks a blast.
