I don't think customer service Is their forte when it's close to closing time. Stood in line at the deli for a few minutes. The lady in front of me was placing an order and taking a while. By this time, it was 446. That's when customer service kicked in to turn me away. Was never greeted, never acknowledged. I thought the whole building closed at 5. If they had just greeted me and stated they were closing in a few minutes I would have understood and tried again another time. Read moreThese folks have got just about anything you could think of. Their sandwiches are huge. As a vegetarian, I was impressed with their wide selection of goods, specialty foods, flours, and artisanal goods. They've also got take and bake pies that look incredible. One of my favorite things about this store was the free coffee available in the corner.
The location ain't too far from Farmington and the folks are nothing short of polite. The views on the drive back to Park Hills are absolutely breathtaking and reminiscent of a simpler way time and way of life.

In addition to that, they have an obvious presence in the local community with friendly people chatting and eating their sandwiches in their outdoor seating area when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon (I assume this is pretty much an all the time thing).
