Jewelry was top notch and priced outstanding however, Katie (#99) wasn’t the friendliest unfortunately. We had some questions about the promotional “grab bags” and she was very condescending. We were just hesitant wondering what kind of items “might” be in the bags and if they would be gold or silver. We knew the idea of grab bags are in fact a mystery however, we don’t wear silver so that’s why we were just asking. She was very annoyed and then reminded us thats why they are a mystery and “grab bags” and was extremely rude when she said it to us. We decided against getting one. We purchased two Kendra Scott necklaces and although she assisted us by honoring our requests and getting several out of the case, she acted very put back and bothered by the fact that we were looking at several. I needed to find the perfect present for my wife's birthday. She had been hinting about what she wanted. Finally got her to send me a picture. I sent that picture to Krekeler's and within 5 minutes we had set up payment and shipping to my house of the exact piece! Totally blew me away. BTW, I live in St. Louis and driving to Farmington was not out of the question, but the price was unbeatable and the shipping was nominal. I dealt with Jeff, he was helpful and treated me like I was buying the most expensive piece in the store, when in actuality, I was buying a simple silver necklace. As I stated in a review from a couple of years ago, Krekelers keeps on being an amazing jeweler to work with! Shout to Katie who is patient and listens to what customer want. She's knowledgeable about all their products, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are completely satisfied with their work/product.
