I took a Mercedes to have a computer system replaced. After that the car was going to Hudson’s Automotive on Winchester rd to have minor damage to the fender repaired. There were over 60 codes that were not cleared, and Progressive insurance viewed this as too costly of a repair, so they totaled the car. I went to the dealership with intentions of talking to the owner. I thought it was a law to clear codes but after talking again with Hudson’s learned that their policy is to never release a car that could be a hazard or put driver and passengers in danger. The $1200 that was paid to Fayetteville Automotive a waste of money because the car was totaled due to the codes not being cleared. The owner yelled and talked awful to me, telling me to leave. If a person has done nothing wrong, why was he unable to control his temper? I hope Fayetteville Automotive will begin to take the safety of a car into consideration before releasing it to be driven. The owner should have been willing to have a conversation with me without his temper getting the...
Read moreThese guys are great. I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and they were very straight forward with everything. The vehicle is in great shape. I ran into an issue with the battery though 2 months later so I called them then brought it to them and they got right on it. The vehicle came with a warranty but the battery itself wasn't a part of it. They took care of it though with no issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, reliable and professional automotive center. Apparently now they also offer car audio equipment as well as rims and name brand suspension parts such as Rough Country which is great in itself. I went there for my Ford Edge to get fixed but I found myself interested in suspension parts for my Nissan Xterra now. There prices also...
Read moreExcellent, Friendly and convenient service. My car ran hot on Sunday night while driving to Nashville from Birmingham, read reviews and got towed to Fayetteville Automotive. Called first thing Monday morning and Alan was able to get me in, diagnosed and fixed within 48 hrs and back on my way. They utilize technology which sends you info, quotes and when vehicle ready via text. Added bonus was they have an onsite car rental. Becky was awesome in quickly getting me on the road while waiting on my car to be fixed. If you are local, you have a gem of a vehicle service shop. If you are not local and breakdown, I hope it’s near...
