Krystal — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Worst Krystal's around. Just sat in the drive through line for 30+ minutes waiting on a sackfull of 12 cheese Krystal's and a 10 piece Glaze bombs. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I went inside to see what was going on and was told there would be a 20-25 minuet wait for Krystals... I guess they were cooking them 1 at a time or something. Not my first bad experience here.. I won't be going back.

Update, I was supposed to receive a response within 72 hours from 12-10-2022. Today is 12-13-2022. I have gotten nothing from corporate. I tried to email them back but wasn't able to, so here is my response to their lie.

Well, it has been more than 72 hours. Since I filed a complaint and I've received no response from you. I am left to assume that customer service doesn't matter to the Krystal's Corporate office. I am disappointed in your company and its employees, but mostly disappointed in upper management for your lack of customer service. I will no longer patronize any Krystal's locations. This place is horrible!!! I work in customer service so I’m never the on to go about complaining but I will never eat here again. For starters, when I got to the window to pay, the lady was extremely rude. Not only did she try to get me to leave before all my food was given to me, she didn’t ring in some items, rang up items I didn’t even order and as I’m waiting for them to fix all this, the older lady manger comes over basically laughing at the fact that they messed the whole order up. Very unprofessional and rude. Then to top it all off, they rang me up for two items that were not ordered to begin with and said oh it’s fine, it makes up for what she forgot to ring in. Okay whatever, right? No. It was a $3 difference and they just shrugged it off. $3 isn’t a lot but it’s the point. I don't know how this place stays in business. I went by a month or so ago and they had a sign on the drive thru that they wouldn't be open until 3 pm..... Then this past Friday, I went by on my lunch hour and literally sat at the window for 30 minutes!! The only reason I stayed was that I had already paid! They had already pulled one customer to the front of the building to wait and during the 30 minutes that I was waiting on my "fast food" three customers behind me that had ordered drove off!! Not once did anyone come to the window for an explanation or even just to let me know that I wasn't forgotten!! When she finally did come to the window, she had to ask me what did I order and had I paid???? Lady, if I hadn't paid I would have drove off a long time ago!!! No excuse for this type...
