My Brother, Big Joe, came thru and they where very rude and offensive to Joe. He can’t see well, and asked for help reading the menu and they told him they could not do that and could not tell him what any specials where. Asked him if he was blind and laughed about it. The lady in the drive thru window was very rude and inconsiderate. Drive past the taco bell and find something else, if you are in a rush and need to use drive thru. Joe was ordering for 10 people and was just trying to find out what deal they had. He is not good with cell phone and can not read the menu. Which it changes all the time. This Taco Bell is on a busy part of 431/231 highway and it is dangerous pulling in and out of it. So, it already had him nervous. Just be careful if you go here. Staff is undertrained and rude to customers. At least the one working the drive thru is and that says something about...
Read moreI'm not a person that writes reviews but i had to this time.It had been a long time since I had been to a taco bell for food because of food quality being poor and health concerns. You know how it is, you think " well I haven't been there in a long time so I will go ahead and try again ", which turned out to be a bad decision once again. The Mexican pizza used to be so delicious but in past few years become more and more not delicious or well made. I ordered the Mexican pizza and when I took a bite something didn't taste right, I took a few more bites and with each bite it was worse. I threw the rest of it in the garbage and have spent the last few hours extremely sick from this experience! Never again taco bell. On a brighter note, the lady that took my order at drive thru was very nice (2 days later, still sick from...
Read moreThey're extremely rude at this location and I thought it was because maybe they were having a bad day but they were rude the next time we went as well. When I ordered I asked for a specific item and I could hear someone in the background say no in a snarky tone. The time before that I asked for extra napkins. I had my sister who's disabled from a stroke with me (the left side of her body and face has paralysis). The young girl at the window gave us dirty looks and had her manager bring us napkins. Needless to say we won't be going back to this location. They need to adjust their attitudes and not treat people unkindly because they don't look like what they're used to. My sister had a stroke last Christmas and it's people who treat her like that, that make her scared to...
