Lincoln Theatre — Attraction in Fayetteville

Such a well maintained 1950’s small town theater! Featured in an American Express TV commercial years ago! It is a Fayetteville icon! The updated sound system is amazing! They offer very reasonable senior rates & often have free movies around the holidays. Popcorn is fresh & wonderful & fountain drinks are great!. The owners are amazing & they involve all of their kids in the process! Gets a bit cold in there in the winter so dress warmly. It is partially solar powered! The fabulous movie experience there is hard to find these days. The Odeon in nearby Winchester is also an iconic 1950’s built theater, but the popcorn there is awful. Got to have...

Love the old theatre! They all have a little moldy smell challenge. But it wasn't really bad. Seats were semi comfy (I'm a big boy). I prefer the reclining lounge chairs with my feet up but it worked. The theater has fairly newly updated digital projection and Sound. No complaints in either of those departments. The tickets were $7.08 before tax and a large soda and fresh popped popcorn was about $7. The most reasonable movie in a very long time! Oh and CRUELLA...

I love everything about this theatre since I moved here in 2016… I often stop as I’m driving home thru the square, because I notice all the cars and read what’s playing on the marque.. However I have only gone once since Covid started, because there is always a greeting to help celebrate someone’s event in their life..
