I can see where u all are coming from, very upset with the service, but have any of u asked ur children about the way they felt about their experience and if they loved their experience then u should stay because I am a child at the daycare I am the child of the owner and youngest sister of the other. The children that I've seen are and seem very happy to be here and if u can't see that than u should come and see how much the children are learning, having fun, and following instructions very well. If ur children get sent home for any reason then the owners or workers have very good explanations for why they are being sent home. If u think that the staff are not good enough to be attending to ur children, the staff are all great people and caring. They all ask can they get called in to come and play also have fun with ur children. The staff are all wonderful and I am apart of that staff, they work lots of hours just to be with ur kids and it's all worth it to them just to see how happy they've made them, overall the children are very happy at all centers that the kiddie time managed own right now, the big kids or the older kids also GSRP are learning about team work, and just simple things as keeping their hands to their self and being nice to others we do not force ur children to share if they do not want to but we do remind them that it would be nice to share with others, the littler kids at the 1st center learn kind of what the bigger kids are learning because they will be going there soon and need the experience. If you as a parent, sybling or whatever u r then come and have the experience for ur selves. Your child or children will be in either the babies\toddlers room which is like 2weeks - 2yrs old, The young toddlers that are a little older which is around 3yrs - 4yrs, And the older kids room which is 5yrs - 12yrs. If u have a child with special needs that is older than 12yrs than they might be able to stay as long as u need them to. I hold this review will give u a good idea of what kiddie time child care is like, can't wait to see u there❤ also u can trust me I've been at this daycare since we had a home daycare so like petty young, and I love this daycare with all of my heart and I hopefully think you'll take the time to see and understand why I...
Read moreI have to acknowledge some of the things said on here and ask people to use common sense. I am a current employee at Kiddie Time(I'm sure many of you recognize me) but also a parent whose children attend here, as well. Speaking on behalf of those upset because their children were turned away because of "bumps", we do not allow children to have an unknown rash and attend. We have many other children to think about and we are not healthcare professionals. However, if we see a rash and we cannot determine what it is then we are going to ask that the parent brings us a doctor's note stating the child is not contagious and was seen for said bumps. If you notice your child has a rash, take them to the Dr before you bring your child to childcare. Many parents on here stated their child had already been cleared at the doctors but could not give us a note(thus having no proof they actually saw a doctor). As for arriving late, parents are notified of our policy regarding late admittance during their orientation process. A parent gets a 15 minute timeframe to bring their child. If a parent is past that time, it's impossible to tell if they are still coming or not, so for that reason we take their children off the schedule and staff accordingly. Many times if a parent is running late and they call us, we have no problems. It's when a parent is calling after they are already late telling us they are still coming. We have state mandated ratios we take very seriously and most other daycares will allow rooms to "go over". We do not. We cannot maintain those ratios if we have this grey area, so for that reason our late policy is very clear. As for children not dressed appropriately, we can only dress children in what their parent brings. So, even though we require all parents to dress their children in a full outfit, with socks, and require adequate clothing for outside play, some parents do not abide by this. We try to offer anything we may have but again our sources are limited and many times parents lose our extra clothes or don't return them. We can only dress a child with as much clothing as the parent provided. Lastly, it's a shame to see parents who post negative reviews on here but bring their children here and tell us how much they love coming, that is...
Read moreI'm pretty sure every negative comment is manifested from people thinking of the worst possible things to say about a child Care center. My oldest son has been attending here, 5 days a week, well over a year. Yes, he had been sent home with incident notes of getting hit by a block or falling and scraping a knee. But that's what children do. Anyone who states they neglect, abuse, threaten or mistreat children is clearly ill mannered them selves. My second son had been there since he was a month and a half old, once again 5 days a week. My oldest tells me stories about how him and other classmates played with play do, counted blocks and knocked blocks over. 1 out of every 100 times I've picked him up he has been sad, and it's usually because I got out early and picked him up during a fun event. They ALWAYS send him home with a snack if it's close to snack time when I pick him up.
Very clean, very professional, very proud of myself as a father to say my children attend Kiddie Time Child Care Center.
As for "past employee" stating the doors are left open, they're clearly either dillusional, or got fired for being a B word to children, which they DO NOT TOLLERATE.
I love this daycare and plan to use it until my children no longer need a child care service.
Thank you Kiddie Time and Management, along with every single employee for taking pride in what they do and giving my children an amazing every day...
