Flint Fresh — Local services in Flint

I only ordered bc it was free with a doctor's "prescription." The whole process was annoying. They don't give you options for when you want it delivered just that you'll get an email with delivery info. Then the email comes with the day and time it'll be delivered. Then a tracker email. THEN you have your kids wait 2 hours for the boxes to be delivered bc flint fresh needs the prescription papers... But the boxes never come!

You get home from work to a voicemail saying that flint fresh is "trying to deliver" your boxes and to call them to get them on the truck for the next day. Call them and ask if they knocked to try to deliver the boxes. Nope, they didn't even go to the house bc no one answered the phone. ???? Luckily they were still in the area to deliver today, but hung up without saying goodbye or giving me an estimate of what time they'll be here. Cooool.

Y'all need a better communication system. Next time I'll go to the...

Best thing in Flint Michigan is Flint fresh every time I order my produce is fresh they call u when they're going to deliver to ur resident ladies are very nice and kind iam truly love this program that my city is doing and u can always catch them at Flint farmers market only down side I have is when there at market that don't have much like kale greens, peppers, onions, carrots or tomatoes, potatoes but in all iam very happy with...
