Fun Fair Indoor Playground — Attraction in Florence

My daughter and I attended a birthday party at Funfair. It was so much fun! There's arcade games and a huge indoor playground that includes a ball pit, foam pit, and lots of other things to climb on and explore. There is even a human claw machine for an additional charge. They have some food items on the menu as well as Teas and slushies. The food is reasonably priced, but the teas and slushies seemed a little expensive to me, but I thoroughly enjoyed my coconut slushie. It was tasty and refreshing! The worker at the front, Raven, was respectful, nice, and very helpful. Fun fair is a great indoor playground to take children. The everyday prices as well as the birthday packages are very reasonably priced. The party rooms that I saw were relatively small, but the kids were too busy playing and they didn't spend too much time in the party room anyway. The facility is clean and well managed. Called to make reservations for my Grand Daughters 6th Birthday party on a certain day and time and was told I didn't need to since there was just a few people coming and to pic what ever table up front. Got there and started setting up ( almost finished) and lady came over and said I can't set up at that table. I said you told me I didn't have to have a reservation and to just pick a table She said "Well someone has this table reserved" 🤷 Started setting up and next table and almost finished. She came over and said "You can't set up there either. It's reserved" 🤦😡 she pointed to a small 6 ft table that was broken and no chairs! We were furious! Do NOT waste your $$$$! Very unprofessional. Had kids birthday party and they were almost 2 hours late setting up & would not make the people leave so we could be seated. The decorations were not put up and they didn't want to give pizza & drinks for 14 kids. One pizza & one box of Capri suns like that would take care of 14 kids. The owner flat out refused to give our money back. They are Asian idiots that could care less about pleasing their customers!!! By all means find somewhere else that is professional & cares about their customers and stands behind their money back...
