Fiesta Mexicana — Restaurant in Florence

If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. We ate here after graduation, waited at least 45 min for our food and were practically the only people in the restaurant. When our food finally arrived, it was completely cold. The reviews across our party was pretty much mixed as far as taste, depending on their particular dish. I can only speak for the burrito, which was absolutely horrible. The taste was so bad, I could only manage enough bites so that my stomach wasn’t churning with hunger while waiting on everyone else to eat. I can honestly say without a doubt, this is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to, I could have ignored the poor service had the food been decent. It could be that I, only with a couple more in our party just ended up ordering the worst tasting item on the menu with everything else being great? I can’t be sure, but there really are no words to how badly my plate of food tasted, from the rice to the beans to the burrito itself. I would encourage anyone that has a taste for Mexican, to keep looking...

I ate lunch here today and unfortunately due to our 'after experience' we do not feel comfortable coming back. The waiter appeared professional the whole time we were there, we gave him a tip, I paid with my credit card with the cashier 'another associate' and left. One hour, or could have been less, my daughter received a private message on Facebook from the waiter telling her 'he was her waiter and how beautiful she was'. One, my daughter never spoke her name or gave him any personal information. He evidently went up from to the cashier, found our receipt, got my name, found me and my daughter on Facebook, sent me a friend request, and my daughter that private message. My daughter was immediately shaken and startled, me as a mother angry... It was very inappropriate. And to think when you pay with a credit card, a waiter thumbing through receipts to get information on you and stalk you on Facebook. Its just creepy. So if you have a waiter with a lot of tattoo's, ask for a different one...

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the incredible aroma of authentic Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out or a special celebration.

Now, let’s talk about the food—simply outstanding! The tacos were bursting with flavor, the enchiladas were perfectly seasoned, and the fresh guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes that truly capture the essence of Mexico.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. And don’t even get me started on the margaritas—absolutely delicious and expertly crafted!
