Airport Greenbelt Park — Attraction in Florida

I ❤️ this park. It’s a great place for plane watching and walking. I saw some folks with fishing gear too. HOWEVER, pedestrian crossings of SR 818 are prohibited at both NW 10th Ave access and NW 4th Ave/Perimeter Rd intersection with SR 818. There are no crosswalks. To get from Melaleuca Gardens to the park, even for walking, one has to drive. The only pedestrian access is at the end of NW 10th St where it ends at a canal. There, a path connects under SR 818. The Google map warnings about walking directions perhaps not being accurate,...

This is one of the best parks. It's huge, green, and clean! It is well-maintained. I love that we are able to watch the planes come in and take off. The people we meet have been friendly.

This is an excellent exercise park. Lots of space to walk and/or run. The kids are even able to play without interfering with the runners/walkers.

I go there and walk the trails . Great place for cardio excercise especially for those over 50 yrs old . It's in nice condition every where with beautiful plants , tree's , fooliage and lots of it too ! Oh , let's not forget the view of the airport runways with takeoff's and landings including small planes , pontoon sea planes and huge commercial airline planes .
